Meh, none of the candidates are worth the price of a stamp, either. If I could vote online, I'd consider it.

I said I was going to vote for McCain unless he supported this "bailout" bill. It seems they all want this thing. So true to my word. I have decided that I will write in my daughters name for president. She will get one vote for president. I've also come to the conclusion that no matter who wins this thing, they are going to be a one term president. The next president is going to have a real shit storm to clean up, two wars, 700 billion dollar bailout, plus a a huge debt load. high energy costs. I don't see McCain or Obama doing anything but paying bills the next 4 years. So it all boils down to the best bill payer.

Yeah, and it took Obama 20 years to pay off his student loans. :eusa_whistle:

And yeah, McCain's support of the bailout sealed the deal for me.

The man went to Columbia and Harvard. Those arent the most inexpensive schools in the nation. Its not like the guy has made millions of dollars until the book.

It took Obama 20 years to pay off his student loans?

Why didn't he just divorce his wife and marry a mafia heiress like McCain did?

Seems McCain has sealed his fate with many by supporting this bailout.

He had federal loans, which are capped. He can't have borrowed the full amount. In fact, I promise you I have more in student loans now than he had from his school, as the limits now are about twice what they were 20 years ago.
