Evidence is showing that that wasn't the complete answer. It's showing that his department slow walked the investigation and he only made it public because they were afraid that an agent from the New York bureau would leak the information.
This is not how I want to see justice in the United States. It's my belief that third world nations are third world nations BECAUSE government corruption is allowed to flourish. One would also think that if you truly believe that Comey cost Hillary the election, that you'd want to know exactly why that happened.
