Well I wonder how many people who have been victimized by an illegal alien will now feel they should speak to this issue loudly and clearly and describe the pain that has been wrought in their lives and how maybe just maybe their family member or friends death or rape might have been avoided if a criminal had been properly deported from the US.

I know and work with many legal immigrants, who have worked hard and are bettering their lives. They are often willing to make sacrifices that born Americans would find intolerable, like living with extended family. You're right, the resentment is palpable, especially since they would like to bring family over and are finding it damned near impossible because so many of the permissible allocations are being hogged by criminal invaders. Imagine how a Vietnam refugee who finally became nationalized feels when he would like to bring his aging mother to live with him and he's told how long the wait may be, and how expensive it will be to hire the requisite immigration attorney and file with the courts?
