It’s transition, not transaction, and it is the period from the day of election until he takes his oath on the 20th of Jan. That is the period they are talking about.
Mueller is corrupt to the core. It's now imperative that he shut the investigation down due to violating The Presidential Transition Act.

Attorney Gregg Jarrett: 'Mueller and His Entire Team Must be Removed'

Dershowitz: 'Rod Rosenstein Should Recuse Himself' - Breitbart

The Presidential Transition Act states that all records of transition operations are private and confidential.

Yet Mueller seems to have ignored the law. Without a warrant or subpoena, his team of lawyers brazenly demanded these private records from the General Services Administration (GSA) which held custody of the materials. The GSA does this as a service to all incoming presidents out of courtesy, but it neither owns the documents nor is authorized to release them to anyone under any circumstances because they are deemed entirely private.

Jarrett says the most damning charge against Mueller is that he obtained, reviewed and used material that is privileged.

"Courts have clearly stated what prosecutors are supposed to do under these circumstances: “An attorney who receives privileged documents has an ethical duty to cease review of the documents, notify the privilege holder, and return the documents.” (U.S. v. Taylor 764 Fed Sup 2nd, 230, 235)

Was Trump President before Jan 20, 2017? If not, then that material is not effected by the Presidential Transaction Act. Find something else to hine about.

It's a full court press of literally fake news made up by the propaganda arm of the Trump administration.

Mueller and his team did literally nothing wrong and the only reason this is being pushed as a narrative is that Trump and those associated with him are extremely nervous about what Mueller is finding.

Mueller is finished

1,000,000 to 1 it aint OVER

1$ to a dog turd Steve is full of horseshit

place your bets ...........

The Moore race is over, Trump has grounds to not only fire, but prosecute, Mueller's his entire staff.

He should fire Sessions too and replace him with Donald Jr.

Mueller needs to present himself to a congressional hearing and explain his illegal actions.

There has not been a single illegal thing or anything even close to illegal done by Mueller or his team. But if you're worried about illegal actions we can certainly discuss the traitor you worship that's occupying the white house.
Yes he did do something illegal. He violated The Presidential Transition Act. It's clear as day.

No, he didn't. You are literally making things up. Stop it.
As a Southern Baptist Christian conservative with impeccable moral values, I only post the truth. Gregg Jarrett is a law professor and attorney. His knowledge of the law is impeccable.

You're a racist and a moron. The people you have chosen to indoctrinate you are traitors and paid shills.

For all of you traitors who want nothing more than to distract from the fact that your hero is in bed with the Russians.

G.S.A. deputy counsel Lenny Loewentritt said Saturday that before using G.S.A. devices, the Trump transition team had been informed that materials “would not be held back in any law enforcement” actions; “therefore, no expectation of privacy can be assumed,” he said.

Like I said, you are literally making this up to distract from the real issue. Stop it.
Jenny Loewentritt? He's a Jew! Therefore since he's a Jew, he can't be trusted.

Tell me how you feel about Kushner.

Literally fake news. Do you bother researching any of the shit you post?

Trump is going to just let him dangle there until he decides to resign.

This is classic Trump.

He gives them the rope, they hang themselves, like the idiots they, and all dems. are.

If all this is true, it is a tough political situation for Trump. On the one hand, he has grounds to remove and even prosecute Mueller, but on the other hand that action would be characterized by political enemies as firing the man who is investigating his “dirty” deeds. Best outcome for Trump is to allow Mueller complete his investigation, and assuming he is innocent, have Mueller make that determination.

It doesn't. But he just regurgitates the lies his corporate masters have told him to spread. He doesn't verify information for himself, he doesn't think. He doesn't use his brain.
