Actually they CHOSE which law trumps another law, because they wanted to make such a decision.

That it was 5-4 shows just how fucking political this is.

The reason they chose this decision was because a Supreme Court justice died, the Republicans refused to accept a new one, and then Trump won the election with less votes than his opponent.

That's what it boils down to here. Not democracy. Not the will of the people. It boils down to the rich fucking people over.

Regardless of how crude your statement or point was in which you made, it is that I think I know what you are saying. So instead of grouping together to basically bribe, blackmail or brow beat a company into submission, otherwise with a demand to pay high skill wages for low skill labor, it is best in your opinion to get the skills nessesary to get the higher wages for the higher skill to be paid ???

But, but, but, but, what about profit sharing, and why can't everyone have a stake in the success of a company if apply themselves in every way possible ?? Isn't this the liberal mantra always spoken ?

What it comes down to is this right, otherwise if a company is paying on a ladder system, and there is the engineer who is at or near the top rung making $40.00 bucks an hour, then it is that the CEO isn't wanting to pay the lower rungs on the ladder the same pay in a social justice sort of way that the engineer is making right ??

So the thinking on the lower rungs is that if it could disrupt 40% of the operation with a strike, then they might succeed in getting the company to pay the same pay to all who participate in a socialist kind of way and pay.

This is why we don't do socialism or communism here in this country, and the lower rungs need to work on their individual skills as you say or be satisfied at the levels their skills have brought them to in life.

Now I do believe that there is an ethical and moral dilemma involved, where as all companies should have a rewards and profit sharing program where as every cog in the gear is recognized for their contributions, and are given the respect deserved, and are given a bonus of some amount that is suitable to their contributions, but not government or union forcing the situation.

We should restore the balance to everything by the reasoning of how God would have us conduct ourselves in life, and it would all work out for the best.

Exactly why RW politicians want to end migrant workers, uneducated labors being undocumented. They are dead set against education in order to secure higher pay or better jobs in any way. 6 years ago our family income put us below the 50%, today we are in the top 10%. The incentive was to better ourselves so that we could move up the ladder, to not be stuck where we were at that time in our life. So, two degrees for me and one for my wife and boom...life is better. Last year I got my PMP and now I am pretty much done, I no longer have the incentive to do more school or more certifications.

Well I'll tell you why you're wrong.

The US has a system of boom and bust. It means there are good times, but there'll always be recessions. And they might just carry on being really bad.

The last recession.

7 million people lost their homes. Mostly poor people just about making it to a position where they can live a semi-comfortable life.
Warren Buffett made BILLIONS of dollars out of it.

That's what happens in recessions.

The US is pushing again for another recession. Reducing the restriction designed to prevent another bad recession, not giving a damn, going after the money and not caring about the consequences down the road.
