It’s Official… Obama Loses More Jobs In One Year Than Any President In Modern History

Just another look at what President Obama inherited:

That green line plunging breathtakingly is G W Bush's.

If he wasn't up to it he shuddn'ta took the job, I bet most voters are tired of the "I inherited" whining.

Bottom line - a year into his reign and unemployment is now double digits

Since he's turned the job loss trend around, I'd say he was up to it.

This chart damns Obama.

It shows how other recessions turned by now but obamas recession has gotten much worse.

Bottom line - a year into his reign and unemployment is now double digits

And two years into Reagans reign we were up to 10.8%. Reagan was given time to reverse the economy and Obama still has three years.

So far, he has made remarkable improvement.

Oh please. We are all absolutely on the exact same page:

Bush sucked, and primed us for this corrupt Democrat spending catastrophe. Agreed.

Moving on:

It was a conscious decision by the Obama administration to throw the welfare of the middle class and a significant number of Americans out the window when they focused on the corrupt porkulus bill , and this healthcare debacle that is forcing healthy young folks to pay for insurance now.

The current plight of the American citizen and unemployment, foreclosures, the massive poverty, job losses overseas, were all considered quite alright by this administration.

Anyone who denies that is not capable of honesty.

Fucking Bush..

Just shows the impact of the worst recession in 70 years that the REPUBLICANS gave us,

Thankfully, we elected a president who took decisive steps and reveresed a potentially crippling economic collapse
In case you missed it, the economy was chugging along just fine until the Dems managed to get control of congress. So, that would be the Democrat recession that has been the worse in the past 70 years.

Exactly, and why the last two years of Bush were a lame duck trap. The only thing Dems approved and authored during Bush's last two years were more war cash and TARP legislation: a one year loan to mega-rich banks that are having no issue pounding the American people today.

Improvement??

Hello????

Obama brought the unemployment rate to double digits?

How? By scaring the shit out of businesses because of all the new taxes and regulations Obama is threatening them with.

Sliced another way (why not, you're doing it) when Booooooosh took over in Jan 2001 it was 4.2 and was 4.6 in Jan 2007 when the democrat controlled congress took over the purse strings... A rise of 0.4...

Since Jan 2007 it went from 4.6 to 10.0... A rise of 5.4...

Good job with jobs, democratics....

Clinton had the luxury of a GOP controlled Congress, back when they walked and talked like Republicans. I had no idea what happened during Bush Jr. The Republicans all showed up in Democrat skirts during Bush.

We needed to fix Bush Jr, lame duck Congress his last two years assured that wouldn't happen, and now?

Hell, forget fixing Bush Jr. now, his costs are minor. Cut government, cut government spending, massively cut taxation, and get a grip on the deficit. Or don't, and watch it collapse. Pretty simple.

Anyone who disagrees can pay for the deficit. ;)

So tell me what law did the Dems pass in Jan 2007 that the GOP didn't filibuster that caused the increase in UE?????
If there was no law passed over the GOP's record number of filibusters, and there wasn't, then the Bush economy crashed from its own inertia.

It's the American people who will save America

not a republican president and not a democrat president

both these guys, bush and Obama, hurt more than help

Are you saying the democratics didn't control the pursestrings from Jan 2006 to present?

Are you saying no gubmint money was spent during that time?

Or are you just saying that the democratics were just flaccid and ineffectual against a decidedly MINORITY, out of power bunch of wet noodle republicans? (oh, and evil Boooooosh must be blamed for all job losses since the democratics took over?)

Were the Bush tax cuts in effect?
Were we supporting two wars?
