The individual seeking asylum must have his or her life in physical danger from their own country of origin .. due to their political position, race, religious persecution, membership to a particular social group. Asylum is also determined under discretion of the Attorney General. Again, you have to be familiar with the rules of asylum in the United States, you are not.

doesn't seem like Capitalism. Why allege to be Capitalist.

Asylum is part of a Federal Law. Whether or not a nation chooses to except refugees or immigrants has absolutely nothing to do with Capitalism.

Government solves all problems for the Right Wing. Our welfare clause is General, not Common.

I can educate you on any topic you like. You want to flop around and talk about the what the Constitution says in reference to common defense, a discussion on general welfare, capitalism, amnesty, refugees, or illegal immigration.
