do you understand the the word "guilty" is reserved for criminal proceedings? He was found in civil contempt. One is not "guilty" of civil contempt.... because of that word "civil".

If, when you get divorced, and the judge orders you to pay alimony, he does not "convict" you and find you "guilty" of owing spousal support....that is a civil judgment as well.

Your understanding of our language and our system of jurisprudence is shockingly sparse.
