While so many are screaming about the 'skeptics' ignoring science, the problem has more to do with trusting what's coming out on climate.

Why should we trust your interpretation of what was said? If someone STOLE your off-the-cuff comments and broadcast them worldwide, you'd be screaming bloody murder. Then to top it all off, the skeptics totally misinterpret the content because..., they're REALLY the ones pushing a poltical agenda and pretending those reacting to their tactics are the real culprits. Nice try denierbot, sell your worn out theories elsewhere.

Political discussions don't have 4th amendment protections. In a court of law, have to admit these discussions would be tossed as poisoned fruit.

However, that doesn't change the fact that they were engaged in lying like rugs over the warming stuff. they are crooks. They don't go to jail because the cops can't use that evidence against them as it was obtained by illegal means. But that doesn't make them innocent of being thieves either.

You're simply taking your premise and saying we must accept it as a conclusion. Please reread my post. It's where I debunk this particular stance. Those who intentionally misprepresent are the liars. Calling AGW proponents "crooks" is just the denier/skeptic side's way of politicizing the issue. Whenever you have people that say others are cheating at every turn, it's usually wise to check what they may be trying to hide. In this case it's the fact that emails have been cherry-picked and twisted and then handed to minions to spread, as if it were recently discovered scripture.

why dont you pick a climate science topic konradv, and then we can look up some emails that talk about it. it could be fun. my guess is that the opinions that the scientists express amongst themselves will be much more diverse and with much less certainty than the 'consensus view' that is publically proclaimed.
