It's time to be much much much more discriminating in the immigration practices and policies of this country.

Seriously, do we need a bunch more broom pushers and house painters or do we want people with the skills to actually make a significant contribution?

We should treat immigration like a job interview and ask questions like

Do you speak English?
What skills do you have that would benefit the USA?

And we should then look at the labor markets in every area and only allow people with the most in demand skills to enter the country.
