It is Time for National CCW Reciprocity, Pass HR 38

The complex tapestry of state laws on CCW permits is confusing and some innocent citizens have been arrested and sent to prison for years for unintended accidental violations of state laws while traveling through those states.

It is way past time to clean this shit up and pass HR 38 which would make reciprocity universal among all states.
