That is not what I'm getting at, why did we need a Federal Gov. Maybe start with the articles of confederation, we cant' have each state acting independently, esp today. WE are the United States, not the divided states of America.

Looking even further, NBC news mentions the 1992 bankruptcies were several properties, under the blanket name of Trump Hotel & Casino Resorts, INC filed as a joint but single filing......not separate as Washington Post would have you believe.

All of his bankruptcies were Chapter 11.....a restructuring of debt incurred. Yes his debtors didn't get all that was owed, but they still got paid. They weren't Chapter 13 that would be a complete wipe out of debt and NO monies paid back.

Oh yes, I'm sure his were LCC, S Corp or Inc. He is a loser and took millions out the company he defaulted on many times. I suspect he flew into town on fumes. He is living like a king and his subs and workers get paid less and the banks have to default or reorganize. He didn't pay taxes or the banks. He is a huge scam artist. He was Too Big to Fail, so the banks helped him out.

It's a sad indictment on what the left-wing patriots have done to this nation that we get thrilled about seeing those rare moments when we have constitutional government - but this is one of them. Of the federal governments 18 enumerated powers, controlling restrooms across the nation is definitely not one of them.

I am so thrilled to see genuine constitutional government and I'm absolutely floored that it's coming from - of all people - Donald Trump. My #1 concern with him was his ego (much like Obama's). I couldn't envision a scenario where he would not impose his will over an issue. Kudos Mr. President for doing the right thing by the U.S. Constitution and the right thing by the American people.

(On a side note - it's refreshing to see basic decency and common sense ruling once again as well)

So far the "trans gender" agenda means nothing. How do you distinguish a "legitimate" transgender man from a pervert or a confused man who feels pretty and wants to see what it's like in the ladies room or a freaking stalker?
