It appears as though Hillary MAY have given Obama the finger about replacing Biden

I had a feeling that Hillary turned it down. She knows a loser when she sees one.

Amen to that. Why be a part of what's going to be a losing ticket this go-round? She avoids, if a run in '16 is her plan, allegations from other Dimocrat contenders that she was part of the reason for their '12 defeat.
