An Arab writer claims that American failure to respond to 20+ years of militant Islamic provocation contributed to 911:

Reagan's decision to ditch Lebanon after the Marine barracks bombing and Clinton dumping Somalia after Blackhawk down, greatly contributed to the view that America would not counterstrike. GW Bush has set himself apart from recent Presidents by projecting sustained on-the-ground deadly force into the lairs of Islamic terrorists.

I think the public would be better served if they would remember, what started the crusades, Iran’s hatred of the West, who started the Iran and Iraq War and who supplied the WMD.

And I can totally see Kerry being exactly like Carter. This guy actually said we should have given diplomacy more of a chance in Gulf War one. Here is the difference between the President and the Senator.

February 2005. 6 American workers are taken hostage in Iraq. Intell pins them down to a warehouse in Fallujah (since we'll still probly be pussyfooting around there waiting for the umpteenth ceasefire to wear off).

Bush: Lob missiles into the city, send Navy SEALS or other army unit to the rescue. Ticks off locals due to accidental destruction of Al-Abu Supermarket.

Kerry: Give Diplomacy a Chance (tm). Talk with hostage-takers 'till April. Apologizes for all America has done wrong. After word comes that a terrorist has been killed while attacking an army convoy, the hostages are beheaded.

As history has recorded, Jews, Muslims, and Christians all were welcome and prayed in the holy lands.
Until the envy and greed of men in the dark ages bite the apple and rilized, lets stop fighting each other and lets go fight the Moore’s in the holy land, we can steal their wealth and call it holy war.

If they remembered the crusades then as an honest historian they would have to remember that it was the Muslims who began it by invading Europe.

Why is it libs always seem to think the truth is a spin? Muslims invaded Europe. its a fact. the crusades were started to take back the land and repell the invaders. And im glad they occured cause if it werent for them alot of future events wouldnt have happened like trade with the east. reconquest of spain. discovery of America, introduction of paper into Europe. hell i doubt wed be having this conversation with out the crusades.
