There was one successful initiative in Ohio and one unsuccessful one for Obama. I wouldn't consider the mandate his baby, though (I think the Cato Institute proposed it at one time). It's still not good for him. I think ObamaCare will be a smaller part of the election than jobs, though, particularly if Romney is the Republican nominee.
