This is the first I’ve heard of this but it certainly sounds interesting. An engine with only one moving part? Examining the picture raises one question – if only one moving part, what is all the rest of that stuff for? I could get anything on a search.
He explained that if you could see a cross section of the engine, you would see a cylinder with a double-sided piston that slides from side to side. When the engine creates an explosion on the left side, that pushes the piston to the right and an explosion on the right side will put the piston to the left.
