It doesn't surprise me in the least the appointment of Chuck Hagel by Obama, which does nothing to support his credentials as a fan of Israel, rather the exact opposite could be assumed.

The strange, muddled pacifists pro Iranian policies held by Hagel - even though he is a republican -could well prove to be a disaster for both the US and Israel.

Sweet. What countries were polled? What was the demographic make-up of those polled?
As already noted, the world has 1 Jewish state and dozens of Muslim ones. If you are suprised by the results of polls which include 1.4 billion Muslims vs 15 million Jews, you are dimmer than was, until now, considered humanly possible. What does Israel's global standing have to do with her political right? You have no idea what motivated the neg votes. What has this poll to do with Obama's choice for Sec of Def? Do you believe he was influenced by your poll?

If you want to ignore the words in front of your face fine. The poll clearly state not 129 Muslim countries but "28,619 participants from 27 different countries were presented with a list of 16 countries..."
