Israeli Citizenship vs Nationality

My response is correct. Let them come PF and George.

We are ready...

And Israel is recreated...

There are no discussions in play. No negotiations with either.

So why would there be between you and I?

What is there to negotiate?

Recreated in whose image?

"Haim Cohen, a former judge of the Supreme Court of Israel stated: 'The bitter irony of fate decreed that the same biological and racist argument extended by the Nazis, and which inspired the inflammatory laws of Nuremberg, serve as the basis for the official definition of Jewishness in the bosom of the state of Israel' (quoted in Joseph Badi, Fundamental Laws of the State of Israel NY, 1960, P.156)"

ISRAEL: A THEOCRATIC...

'Expecting a thousand year Reich, Ropey?

We are in year 5772 of 6000 years given us to shine the light in and out. Six millennium are the maximum. It could be tomorrow.

But Israel is recreated and we await the time of our G-d.

Others who come to attack, will find their responses.

You wish.

Israel is recreated and we continue....

Who's wishing at this point?

Recreated? This Israel is a fake.

Now there's the wish...

Palestinian Statehood has been hijacked by the Arab States (Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia along with the itinerant Arabs living in the area) and who were also offered a partition. But these Arabs wanted to see another Arab Muslim State there and not a Jewish state.

They told the Arabs in the arena to leave Israel and that they would "Push the Jews Into The Sea".

To this day, a great majority of the Arabs with some Iranian, Turkish, etc. wish this to be so and even the Saudi refuse to even shake hands with Jewish people. This is not uncommon in the Arab world and so peace must be regional.

The issue is NOT Palestinian Statehood, although that is negotiable. The issue is that Arab countries need to move onward and create a peace with an economic block. Rather than run and fight, they can enter the arena of a large middle eastern block.

You might want not want Israel there, but there it is and we continue. We have our country recreated and you are still wishing for that which you refused.

Who is wishing is clear.

Four Classes of Israeli Citizenship

"Class "A" citizenship : Jews.

Privileged access to the material resources of the State and the social as well as the welfare services of the State. Are able to utilize the 93 per cent of pre-1967 Israel, controlled by the Land Agency. Note that no-one can actually purchase the Agency land and that it is leased to Jews only.

"Class "B" citizenship : Non Jews/Arabs.

"Taxpayers and citizens with voting rights. Are denied the right to utilize the 93 per cent of pre-1967 Israel controlled by the Land Agency. They are also denied equal access to water and social and welfare services. Are generally not permitted to serve in the military which means they are automatically denied the many social and welfare services available to those who complete compulsory (for Jews) military service.

Class "C" citizenship : Non Jews/Arabs.

"Taxpayers and citizens with voting rights, but classified as 'absentees'. Comprises some 200,000 persons. Are denied the right to utilize property in 93 per cent of pre-1967 Israel. They are also denied equal access to water and social and welfare services. They have also been denied all rights to their own property (lands, houses, corporations, shares, bank accounts, bank safes, etc.) that they owned until confiscated by the Jewish state. This theft was made 'legal' by the Absentees Property Law of 1950.

"Class "D" citizenship : Non Jews/Arabs.

"Taxpayers, but without voting rights. Comprises some 3,000,000 persons. Are also denied the right to utilize or buy property anywhere in pre-1967 Israel. Have no access to social and welfare services. Many (mostly those who once lived in pre-1967 Israel) have had all their property confiscated by the Jewish state without compensation and have been forced to live in ghettos spread throughout two areas that today resemble concentration camps."

The Question of Palestine

After looking at various alternatives, the UN proposed the partitioning of Palestine into two independent States, one Palestinian Arab and the other Jewish, with Jerusalem internationalized (Resolution 181 (II) of 1947). One of the two States envisaged in the partition plan proclaimed its independence as Israel and in the 1948 war expanded to occupy 77 per cent of the territory of Palestine. Israel also occupied the larger part of Jerusalem. Over half of the indigenous Palestinian population fled or were expelled. Jordan and Egypt occupied the other parts of the territory assigned by the partition resolution to the Palestinian Arab State which did not come into being.

Do you know what "Came Into Being" and "Did Not Come Into Being" means?

Israel came into "Being" and the other simply proposed country did not come into being.

When you came into being, you were alive. There is no life of a country called Palestine. Thus, I put forward that it is you who wish, not I.

Israel still occupies Palestine. It sits inside Palestine's borders with no borders of its own.

There's no shortage of the leftists and their fellow-judophobes, as well as garbage they happen to produce, of course.

Wow! Thanks! Israel is on par with an enlightened and democratic Japan and its draconian citizenship laws! Who could've known. Not the Guardian wankers, of course.

How many Palestinian children have the Japanese shot in the head?

Does Japan receive $7 million a day in US support?

Why do you always deflect criticism of Israel by pointing out injustice elsewhere?

Limited imagination??

How many Palestinian children have the Japanese shot in the head?
And how does that drivel question relate to the fact that, israeli citizenship laws are similar to the japanese ones?
Does Japan receive $7 million a day in US support?
There are approximately 90 US military facilities, including major military bases throughout mainland Japan and Okinawa. Cost - about $6 bln. annually. How is protecting Japan for free and paying some very big rent too not a "US support"? Of course, it is.
Why do you always deflect criticism of Israel by pointing out injustice elsewhere?
When those, asking this question, present me with proof that, they do interntional bashing, japan for its laws on japanese sites, arabs - on arab sites, etc., than we will talk. For now all "criticism of Israel" is driven not by "universal values", whatever those may be, but by unhealthy obsession with Israel and jooze. A proven fact.

And you woke up, sitting on a web site as a troll. What you say, changes nothing.

Israel is there, created and is and can take care of itself so far. The future is left to the future and your wishes, hopes and aspirations for your side.

Good. My side is created already. Continue.
