this is just a topic that seems to bring out the worst in everyone....both sides have valid complaints...
both sides are committing inhumane acts..there seems to be no resolution and do not think israel will win a full out war...they are so outnumbered...the world would have to stand by and watch them slaughter 1000s of arabs...

i think israel is very guilty of overkill in the handling of this latest conflict...do not claim to be the most "moral" army in the world and engage in the same warfare that everyone else does...let me pint out that the us has used the white phorous in iraq..i wonder who supplied our allies with the gas?
we cannot give israel ever weapon we can and then be shocked when they use it. would you really put it passed either government to use arabs as guinea pigs? i dont. remember the us has used their own people for experiments again and again. no conspiracy theory there..its all documented.

I mean that would be proportionate force. Honestly I think that should be the next move for Israel. Start letting the residents of Sderot fire back! Every missile that hits Sderot 10 strike randomn targets in Gazzah, An-Nusayrat and/or Am Yunis! 10 hit Sderot then 100 fly into Gaza! This is the same type of force coming from Israel that the Gazans are infliciting on Israel. The Palestinians and world community can't complain or risk being hypocrite! Oh well that is nothing new!

Kalam, would you be alright with Sderot residents firing 100s of daily missiles at random Gaza targets, where very few people get killed, but homes are destroyed and people live in a constant state of needing to take cover (which makes their lives hell)?

DavidS the only people i'm talking about it being such a horrible way to die, is the civilians of Gaza caught in the crossfire, the ones who aren't militants. The people just as afraid as the residents of Sderot because the equivelant of the amount of rockets lobbed into Israel by militant nutjobs for 8 years, many times over was rained down into Gaza in just 22 days. People who could do little more then sit in their homes and prey they wouldn't be the next home to get hit.

But also granted you may have a few points regarding the emergance of Islam. But even though the religion may have emerged when it did, the ethnic groups in the area have a histroy in the region that dates back just as far as the Israelis does that predates Islam.
