Israel Responds To Abbas

Israel's only pre-condition is that there be no pre-conditions. Just peace talks. Obviously that's not good enough for your hapless "Palestinian" comrades who continue to condemn generation after generation of their young to the same squalid, desperate lives their parents and grandparents lived just to satisfy your lust for Jewish blood. What pathetic fools they be:

Palestinians Try to Resurrect a U.N. Resolution They Violently Rejected 64 Years Ago
By Patrick Goodenough
November 30, 2011

(CNSNews.com) – As the U.N. Tuesday marked its annual day of “solidarity” with the Palestinian cause, the Palestine Liberation Organization took the opportunity once again to promote a 1947 U.N. resolution that divided the territory between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River into a Jewish state and an Arab one.

Palestinian leaders periodically try to resurrect U.N. General Assembly resolution 181 – also known as the Partition Plan -- in support of their demands for territory and control over Jerusalem.

The above highlighted section is not true and I can prove it with one word, and that word would be " Jerusalem ". It is Israeli policy that Jerusalem be undevided and that it remain under Israeli control. That seems like a precondition to me !!! :hmpf::hmpf::hmpf:

Israeli policy does not restrict the "Palestinians" from coming to the peace talks and discussing Jerusalem. It seems you and Tinhorn are imposing your pre-conditions on the proposed talks. "Palestinian" policy excludes the possibility of peace with Israel. I wouldn't call that a pre-condition ... it's just policy.

Sure, No Palestinian can come to the table unless he recognizes Israel's right to exist and will eliminate "violence."

IOW, he must be willing to surrender and disarm.

Those pre-conditions.

Obviously those are your pre-conditions, Princess, not Israel's.
Once more for the terminally dense Tinhorn: Israel says no pre-conditions to restart peace talks.

So Israel is going to drop that surrender and disarm thing?

I can't speak for Israel but no pre-conditions means everything can be part of the discussions ... discussions the "Palestinians" evidently will not engage in unless Israel first surrenders.

Israel says that Jerusalem is off the table, as are most settlements, right of return, Jordan Valley, and more.

What is left to negotiate? The size of the bantustans?

Jerusalem is the 3000 year old Jewish Capital. Jerusalem has never had any significance to the fakestinians

The "Palestinians" (and you) say that peace is off the table. Is that any reason not to talk about it?

Tinmore;
Lets get Mr. Stone out of the way first;
His saying that Israel established sovereignty over Jerusalem 3000 years ago has absoutly no bearing on the issue because if he would use logic he would understand that if David took control by force to establish that sovereignty than when it was taken from the Jews by force they lost that sovereignty. And they cannot claim that they have reclaimed that sovereignty by force now because in agreeing to UN 181 and UN 273 they agreed to relinquish it in favor of Jerusalem becoming an international city under control of the UN.

Now lets deal with the others;
They are really saying that if Israel wants something then it is a fact that doesnt need to be discussed further. But if the Palestinians want something Israel has the veto over that as well !!! Israel is saying whats yours is mine and what is mine is mine, there will be no peace unless they come to the table with some sort of honesty !!!

So you think the failure to find peace between those people is some kind of laughing matter? That's no surprise ... most like you care little about the human tragedy there.
In response to your complaint: It doesn't matter what Israel brings to the peace table because their "peaceful" Arab neighbors don't care enough about peace to be there.

Learn to comprehend what you read and not project upon me your stereotypes !!! If you actually read what I said and understood it you would see that what I find laughable is yours and Mr. Stones efforts to paint the Israelis as the angels and the Palestinians as the devils in this matter. Heaven knows there is enough blame for everyone in this failure to reach peace and untill both parties realize it and act upon that realization there is no hope for a just peace. So far in my posts I have been pretty even handed, I have condemned Hamas for it's nightmares of genocide and for it's use of rocket attacks. I have also said that a lot of the Arab actions are barberic, I also take Israel to task when I perceive that they are doing something wrong also. I have yet to see any pro-Israeli poster say anything negative about Israel you can't expect me to beleive that you people are so blind that you are unable to see any of the faults that they are guilty of !!! So be honest with yourself and with me and stop making a Joke of these discussions, you really will feel better if you let some of the poison go !!!

The lack of symmetry between the risks taken by Arabs and by Israelis is one result of a different view of the sanctity of human life. The Jewish faith was the first religion to preach this sanctity and to magnify the value of each individual human being in the eyes of his Creator — hence, equally, in other human beings. This is the main reason that Mosaic law differs so markedly in humanity and reason from all the other fiercely retributive codes of the ancient Near East. The value placed on human life by Jews has steadily increased over the centuries, as a response to persecution and, above all, to the Nazi attempt at extermination of the entire people. Israel itself was created as a refuge and fortress in which Jewish lives would be safe from annihilation. It is thus the physical embodiment of the principle that individual life is sacred.

By contrast, the Islamic-Arab concept of "the war of the martyrs" places no value on human life except as a sacrifice in the holy war. A warrior gains infinitely more by losing his life than by preserving it, for then he gains eternal life, and his status as a martyr is enhanced by the number of dead Israelis — "sons and daughters of Satan" — whom he takes with him.

Do I really need to respond to this ??? Since I respect you Hoss I will. MJB's condemnations are reserved for the present Zionist polocies and in those he is angery because he beleives that they are not shedding enough blood. No where does he actually condemn Israel, he just wants either 10,000 palestinians killed for each Israeli death or the palestinians ethnically clensed. Like I said no where have I ever seen him say anything negative about Israel.

Zionist policies of democracy and freedom and liberty and human rights.

Wafa Sultan - The 2006 TIME 100 - TIME.

Israel - The One And The Only Free Democratic Country In The Entire Middle East.
I believe that any nation that grants equal opportunity to every citizen, regardless of race, religion, political affiliation, or gender, thereby, establishes its moral legitimacy. According to this principle, Israel stands alone in the Middle East region, as a nation with moral legitimacy: it grants all citizens equal rights for men and women alike, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech and of the press. Not a single Arab or Muslim country in the surrounding region does the same. Nor do any of those Arab and Muslim nations allow their citizens personal freedom, or the right to maintain and express opposing points of view.

These essential qualities of life provide oxygen for the human soul; they are the kind of basic nourishment that is desperately missing in all of Israel's Muslim neighbors. Yet, the so-called humanitarian aid organizations at the United Nations direct all their energy to act against anything and everything Israel does. Let me ask: as every human being deserves to live in dignity, why has an enormous unbalanced portion of global aid gone mostly to Palestinians, while millions of underprivileged people all over the world suffer genuine, life-threatening deprivation? Here is why: The United Nations time and again focuses its power on the perpetual manufacturing of false anti-Israel accusations. Painting Palestinians as perennial underdogs provides the perfect cover for their subversive effort. Without doubt, this trend encourages hatred and violence against the Jewish people in Israel and everywhere else. And that is exactly its point.

A Palestinian women's organization reported that Muslim men perpetrate some 40 honor killings annually in the West Bank alone, not including the vast majority of honor killing and abuse of women that go unreported -- as Islamic society maintains secrecy in upholding the popular belief that those "cursed with a sin, [should] hide it."

According to recent face-to-face surveys by prominent international pollsters, more Palestinians in East Jerusalem would prefer to be citizens of Israel than citizens of a new Palestinian state -- and 40% would probably or definitely move to avoid Palestinian rule.

Those who love liberty and life will strengthen their ties and warm relations with Israel, and stand with her. Israel will continue to shine its light among all nations.

Of course everyone is entitled to there own opinion but don't you think that your opinion should be based on some semblance of the facts rather than your preconceived ideas !!!

I think that I gave a very accurate summation of the conversation up to this time in my post where I said;

Lets get Mr. Stone out of the way first;
His saying that Israel established sovereignty over Jerusalem 3000 years ago has absolutely no bearing on the issue because if he would use logic he would understand that if David took control by force to establish that sovereignty than when it was taken from the Jews by force they lost that sovereignty. Your opinion of me as I said earlier is based upon your preconceived ideas based upon what you believe to be my bias against Israel. I do not find the lack of peace in the area to be laughable nor do I have any arrogance regarding the human suffering of all the people in the area. I find all of it to be beyond the pale and my heart bleeds for all of them, Israeli and Palestinian alike. Maybe you can use some of that outrage of yours and vent it on your buddy JStone when he makes jokes about Palestinian dead children buried up to their necks in rubble during operation Cast Lead !!!

I don't really care if you think that I am honest or not, the only thing that really matters to me is that I Know that I am. As for me criticizing Tinmore, to tell you the truth in this thread I have not really seen any thing to criticize, I mean how do you criticize the truth.

It truly amazes me that you have the arrogance to make the almighty decision as to what the point of this thread is and that the rest of us should just be quite and accept your point of view and the pearls of your wisdom. Please tell me who has given you that authority because I have a bone to pick with him !!!
