Leave it to Israel killing everyone, American Activist Rachel Corrie, Brit photographer Thomas Hurdall., Now the International Court of Justice...

Israel s challenge to the International Criminal Court - The Washington Post
"...Israeli leaders seem to believe that they cannot afford the lower key approach adopted by Britain and the United States. The Netanyahu government seems to fear the ICC and to see political opportunity in highlighting its fervent opposition to its functioning. One view is that the government knows that the Israel Defense Forces committed atrocity crimes in Gaza (and perhaps in the construction of Israeli settlements in occupied territories) and therefore will be targeted by the court. Another explanation is that the government believes that institutions like the ICC are so biased against Israel that they will inevitably be unfairly targeted. Some combination of these fears seems to have convinced senior members of the government to launch a campaign against the court.

Recently, Israel has shifted its strategy from apportioning blame on Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and the PA to lashing out at the ICC – not just for its potential investigation. Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman declared last week that any decision by the ICC to investigate the alleged crimes was “solely motivated by political anti-Israel considerations”and that Israel would seek to “dismantle this court, a body that represents hypocrisy and gives terror a tailwind.” Lieberman went so far as to state that the ICC should be out of business altogether:

We will demand of our friends in Canada, in Australia and in Germany simply to stop funding it. This body represents no one. It is a political body. There are a quite a few countries – I’ve already taken telephone calls about this – that also think there is no justification for this body’s existence.

That will almost certainly be a central theme in the campaign of attack ads Netanyahu reportedly plans to unleash on the ICC and its Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda...."

How many more posts are you going to start on this topic alone, time for the mods to nip this one in the bud and lock it out.

The Zionists and their supporters and stooges know that any objective investigations into their Crimes against Humanity by the ICC will find they have a case to answer.

As many as it takes to nullify paid Hasbara posters like you who has sold his soul for money and refuse to link your facts exposing you as a prostitute of propaganda...

Pbel, you are clearly one of the biggest prostitutes for propaganda here. This thread goes in the top 3 of most fucked up ones that you've started.

Cue Hasbarat personal attack because they've got no answers.
Where did I make a personal attack ? All I did was tell Pbel the truth. You know, that thing that you pro Palestinians are allergic to.

Hey here's another KILL for you Toast...Israeli Motto: Kill them All!

General Mohammad Ali Allahdadi died alongside six fighters from Lebanon's Hezbollah group in the attack Sunday near Quneitra on the Syrian-controlled side of the Golan Heights.

Allahdadi's coffin was draped in an Iranian flag as it was carried into a Guards base in southeast Tehran. He is to be buried on Thursday in Pariz, a town in the southern province of Kerman

Not under current International law, as Israel not being a signatory to the Rome statute is not bound by it. But Palestine having signed to it are. So this means that any inkling of war crimes by hamas will have the UN members who are Israel's friends baying for blood and demanding that arrest warrants be issued for their arrests on charges of war crimes. The shit will then hit the fan and no amount of posturing by ISLAMONAZI PROPAGANDISTS will be able to change the reality that Israel tried to save the Palestinian leadership from facing life in prison. I wonder who you lot will try and blame for the fate of the Palestinians this time round ?

And your evidence of me being paid for standing for what I believe is what exactly. Time for you to produce your certificate of sanity........................

Cue Hasbarat personal attack because they've got no answers.

And you are wrong again, as the world knows Israel is untouchable by the ICC, unless Palestine manages to change International law between now and the court sitting.

Lay down with mangy dogs and you will get fleas. What was he doing with known and proven International terrorists, just being there made him a valid target for any nation that is a member of the UN. I wonder if he was engaged in a false flag operation to kill Israeli civilians and blame it on Syria ?

Israel has ratified the main human rights conventions; however, it is not a party to any additional protocols except the Optional Protocol on Children in Armed Conflicts. It has also not accepted the jurisdiction of any of the treaty body committees; thus, individual communications cannot be considered. In addition, Israel made important reservations on the conventions it ratified.

Israel is a party to the 1949 Geneva Conventions, but not to the first and second 1977 Additional Protocols. Although Israel has signed the 1998 Rome Statute on 28 August 2002, the Secretary-General received from the Government of Israel, the following communication: "...in connection with the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court adopted on 17 July 1998, [...] Israel does not intend to become a party to the treaty. Accordingly, Israel has no legal obligations arising from its signature on 31 December 2000. Israel requests that its intention not to become a party, as expressed in this letter, be reflected in the depositary's status lists relating to this treaty."

Israel has domestically declared State of Emergency since 1948. A notifications under Article 4(3) of the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Derogations), was made on 3 October 1991, after the ratification of the Convention.

"Since its establishment, the state of Israel has been the victim of continuous threats and attacks on its very existence as well as on the life and property of its citizens. These have taken the form of threats of war, of actual armed attacks, and campaigns of terrorism resulting in the murder of and injury to human beings. In view of the above, the State of Emergency which was proclaimed in May 1948 has remained in force ever since. This situation constitutes a public emergency within the meaning of article 4 (1) of the Covenant. The Government of Israel has therefore found it necessary, in accordance with the said article 4, to take measures to the extent strictly required by the exigencies of the situation, for the defence of the state and for the protection of life and property, including the exercise of powers of arrest and detention. In so far as any of these measures are inconsistent with article 9 of the Covenant, Israel thereby derogates from its obligations under that provision."

Which means that the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel and will be home free, unlike Palestine that is bound by the ICC and will be held accountable for any crimes committed.

More ISLAMONAZI PROPAGANDA that means nothing in light of the revelations made during the last skirmish on hamas behaviour.
