I think Susha is talking practicalities, not dictionary definitions. I've lived in Israel. There are Israeli Arab doctors, lawyers, university students, etc.

These things stem from Israeli obliteration of Arab villages in Israel and Israeli actions in the occupied and blockaded territories among other things, imo. It's not rocket science to notice that Israel determines it not to be practical to change these practices.

Really? So it should be pretty easy for you to list the exact steps that Israel must take to make the Arab Muslims not want to kill Jews anymore. List them. Go on. Would it look something like this?

Remove all Jewish people, homes, businesses and towns from the territory "belonging" to the Arab Muslims. (And do please define that territory).

Prevent the Jewish people from accessing any Jewish Holy Place (which are actually only Muslim holy places anyway). Destroy all synagogues, tombs and other places which are recognizably Jewish.

Prevent all Jews and/or Israelis from entering Palestinian territory. Make laws which prevent the sale of homes or property to Jews and/or Israelis. Make hiring Jews and/or Israelis illegal in Palestine.

Allow free, unfettered access for all Palestinians, without checkpoints, walls or borders to all of Palestine and all of Israel.

Require Israel to employ Palestinian workers.

Require Israel to provide unlimited free water, electricity and medical care to all Palestinians.

Insist that Palestine must be able to import weapons in order to maintain the "resistance" against Israel. Permit Palestinians to fire indiscriminate weapons towards Israel's innocent civilians. Forbid Israel from responding to these weapons in any way.

Now. That should do it. Won't solve the burning in hell problem, though. Maybe we should include a few ovens in there as well.

Israel does not occupy Palestinian territory.

And the blockade is entirely the responsibility of Hamas and will end when Hamas stops attacking Israel's innocent civilians.
