Israel enjoys near record support in US, Gallup finds

No innocents will be targeted. I don't recall a great deal of death in destruction in South Africa when their system of apartheid was dismantled. I hope that things will go as smoothly with the dismantlement of Israel's.

Israel will neverbe dismantled as it's the only democracy in the Arab Muslim cesspool Middle East where apartheid prevails.

Islam is an apartheid cult that murders the unbeliever and views women as shit.

The elections In Palestine were judged to be the most fair and open elections anywhere. They have a written constitution that declares everyone to be equal without regard to race, religion, color, or sex. They have independent executive, legislative and judicial branches of government.

Dunce, there is no country called Palestine.

Eminent Middle East historian and scholar Bernard Lewis...
The Palestine entity, formally established and defined by Britain, was formally abolished in 1948 with the termination of the Mandate.

I know your mental disability makes it hard to understand, which is why you are the forum dunce.

Furthermore, there is no freedom in the Pallie territories. They are no even permitted to leave without permission. Christians are persecuted and it is acapital offense to sell land to a Jew.

Women cannot even laugh in public, dunce...

That oh so fantastic Israeli intelligence said Sadam had WMD's and such?

They would of course not lie to us to get us to fight their wars for them now would they?

So, too, did Egyptian and Jordanian intelligence. The Kurds who were gassed would agree about WMD.

D'oh.

And what official stance did we take at the time of the Kurd gassing?

Or the use of WMD's on Iranians?

And who was president then?

You're deflecting. Saddam had WMD.

NOT at the time we invaded.

No, but during the 12 long weeks that President Bush was appealing to the UN to enforce its own resolutions, there were reports of unexplained truck convoys leaving Iraq and going to Syria. That's a pretty good length of time in which a lot of 'evidence' could be moved.

The fact is, virtually every head of state in the free world. almost everybody in Congress and in the Clinton administration, and again in Congress and in the Bush administration, essentially everybody on the UN Security Council, and the UN weapons inspectors themselves believed Saddam had WMD. Saddam himself did absolutely nothing to suggest otherwise.

That was precisely the reason for those 12 long years of UN ordered sanctions, 12 years in which it is estimated that a minimum of 50,000 Iraqi citizens, many of whom were children, died of malnutrition or lack of medicine because Saddam was siphoning off most of the oil for food for his own enrichment or to pay off his cronies. Now that we know that, from a purely humanitarian perspective, it is difficult to justify continuing to just 'contain' Saddam.

So we can debate until the cows come home whether the invasion of Iraq was justified or whether it was worth it and there are excellent arguments on both sides. I think mot Americans probably question now whether the cost in blood and treasure has been worth it, and most now want us out of Iraq.

But the reason for the invasion was WMD and, if WMD is a justification, then there was sufficient reason to believe that there was evidence for the invasion and nobody had to 'manufacture' it. And, whether or not Saddam did have WMD at the time, there is plenty of evidence that once the inspections were halted and the sanctions lifted, Saddam was poised to resume full scale research and production of WMD. (See the Duelfer Report).

ps, all of you "Saddam had WMDs" nutters have just become your own punchline. seriously.

Yeah you're right. It's because he didn't have any WMD that so many Democrats in Congress petititioned President Clinton to do something about them. It is because he didn't have any that essentially every head of state in the free world, and in those countries around Iraq, believed he had them. And it is because he didn't have any that the UN imposed severe sanctions on Iraq for 12 years and kept inspectors going in there hunting for them.

NOT at the time we invaded.

Because, Saddam transported the WMD to Syria.

If that were true, the Mossad would be riding in the trucks and we would know exactly where they went.

Perhaps we do know where they went.

A former American overseer of Iraqi prisons says several dozen inmates who were members of Saddam Hussein's military and intelligence forces boasted of helping transport weapons of mass destruction to Syria and Lebanon in the three months prior to Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Don Bordenkircher – who served two years as national director of prison and jail operations in Iraq– told WND that about 40 prisoners he spoke with "boasted of being involved in the transport of WMD warheads to Syria."

A smaller number of prisoners, he said, claimed "they knew the locations of the missile hulls buried in Iraq."

Some of the inmates, Bordenkircher said, "wanted to trade their information for a release from prison and were amenable to showing the locations."

The prisoners were members of the Iraqi military or civilians assigned to the Iraqi military, often stationed at munitions facilities, according to Bordenkircher. He said he was told the WMDs were shipped by truck into Syria, and some ended up in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley.

Other Iraqi military personnel, including former top Saddam associates, have made the same claim.

In early 2006, Saddam's No. 2 Air Force officer, Georges Sada, told the New York Sun Iraq's WMDs were moved into Syria six weeks before the war started.

Of course the warheads went to Syria, and then to the CIA. You see the warheads were made in the uSA and we had to get them back.
Then to be sure Sadam kept quiet....

Thanks for sharing. The IDF have video of truck caravans flowing from Iraq to Syria and there are Syrians claiming to know where the WMD are buried in Syria.

Support for Israel among Americans is at a 19-year high, a February Gallup survey of American attitudes toward international affairs has found.
I guess this means PF Tinmore's (PBUH) Board Painting/Grafitti is NOT representative of the American people.

Go figure.
