And on Biden the tax on people making $200.000 is what is in the Bush tax cuts so Obama could verywell let the tax cuts expire and raise that amount to $1million.

He said conversations he had with people in Washington led him to believe that it was "abundantly clear we were not going to get resources until the aftermath of an incident.
