They will say they are no organic connections but the truth is they all know each other at these Gulen Inspired Schools. Here is the similaries 1) un Credentialed teachers (usually men) brought in from Turkey under h1-b visas 2) School teaches Turkish Character classes - which are actually Islamic Imam's teachings from "Pearls of Wisdom 3) The schools teach Turkish Dancing, singing, language and participate in Turkish Olympiads here in the USA and in Turkey 4) They boast of award winning schools started by "Scholars" - this is a LIE they are not scholars 5) each school works under a layer of Gulen Foundations and Institutes based on Education and Interfaith Dialog.
Gulen's grand ambition is to "work into the arteries of the system until you reach the power centers". This is inflitration of: education, interfaith dialog, media, police, military and politics.
The GM - pays for free dinners and trips to Turkey for local academia, politics and the media to write and blog about Gulen and how the schools are the best in the world. They bribe and pay local politicans as they have in Arizona with Tom Horne to over look the Ethnic Studies ban in the Sonoran Science Academy.
Do your RESEARCH on Fethullah Gulen, 1) Blog about him 2) make sure your local school districts are aware of them 3) contact local legislature - most people in Congress know who Fethullah Gulen is 4) warn parents.

There are plenty of web sites with factual statistics and data from ex- teachers, parents , etc., this site will not allow me to post them just google Gulen charter schools, Turkish Charter Schools, Islamic charter schools, Charter schol fraud

Wow I'll check it out I did read something today about the Beehive Academy kicking out 50 percent of their under achieving students. If my school could do that, we'd be nationally ranked as well.

I don't understand how they can hire non certified teachers. With thousands of American teachers looking for jobs, why would they grant visas to foreigners? It sounds fishy to me. Worth investigating in my opinion, Gulen schools in other countries are private. Only in the US are they taxpayer funded.

Without a doubt 100% Gulen people are managing these 150 US Charter schools, they are sucking the Educational dollars out of our Tax payers to the tune of over $300 million a year. This money is used to support the network of Gulen Foundations throughout the USA over the Schools. The Gulen Interfaith Dialogs throughout the USA snow job local Academia, media and politicians into FREE Turkish Dinners and Trips to Turkey.
They are working hard at expansion, the latest is converting old Catholic parochial schools. This is just outsourcing of our children's education to a cheaper foreign entity. Yes, we even foot the bill for the h1-b Visas of these so-called "scholars" comming from Turkey to indoctrinate our children, the trips to Turkey, Turkish Olympiads, teaching Turkish language and dance not to mention the stupid Turkish Character classes. All on the American Tax payer's dime. Look at what the Lotus School for Excellence in Colorado has done? Now they want to expand. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS DANGEROUS GROUP:

I really don't mean to get into fear mongering but in my mind it is a real possibilty. Weather it would come from our government, the PKK party, from with the Gulenists themselves on an order from some Christain wing-nut thinking they are making a politcal statement.

These schools are now a political & religious target. Anything could happen to justify a cause or rally support. You may want to pass the idea that we cannot expect or government to keep our children safe. 9/11 comes to mind and so does Ft. Hood. Remeber police and homoside detectives do prevent murder, they only show up after the fact. I see potencial for some crazy hostage situation. That movie TOY SOILDERS may not be that far off from reality.

They already have tried this, they have even sent "cease and desist" letters to ex- parents and ex-teachers who have dared to speak the truth.
The TRUTH is the Gulen Movement is the prejudice ones, they are anti-American and anti-Christian.
    1) They fire American teachers over their h1-b visa un credentialed teachers from Turkey
    2) The Gulen movement in sexist 99% of the h-b visa Gulen workers coming here are MALE.
    3) Of the 153 US Charter schools they are managing 100% are Turkish and MALE, they have recently thrown a few American people and 1 woman in as vice-principal.
    4) The Gulen Movement has had EEOC law suits Crouch vs. Harmony Science Acacemy
    5) The Gulen Movement schools are teaching Turkish culture, teaching American chldren the National Anthem of Turkey - the American children are showcasing their Turkish skills at 8 Turkish Olympiads in the USA and the winners are flown to Turkey.
    6) These Turkish Olympiads can be viewed on uTUBE, note how the American Child is alwyas waving the Turkish flag which is the Symbol of Islam (Crescent and star)
    7) The Gulen Movement is hiding behind Interfaith Dialog to gain acceptance and referrals for these schools, sending people to Turkey in Academia, local politics and Media.
Their latest target is hiding behind liberal christian organizations and leasing space from Churches and taking over Catholic Parohical Schools. They take over as a badge of honor of defeat as they have in Turkey and througought the world converting Churches to Mosques in conquered land (google St. Hagia Sofia Church)
The St. Louis, Missouri School which just opened was converted from St. Epiphany's
    Gateway Science Academy
Lotus School for Excellence in Colorado rents space from a Christian Church and has meetings in a church.

    STRATFOR
The Gulenist international footprint comprises 1,000 private schools spanning 115 countries, including 35 African countries. These Gulenist schools can be found in small towns everywhere from Ethiopia, Bosnia, Cambodia, India, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Cote d’Ivoire, Azerbaijan — and even the United States, where according to some estimates, the movement runs more than 90 charter public schools in at least 20 states.

Like their counterparts in Turkey, the facilities and quality of instruction at these schools are excellent, making them attractive places for elite families of various ethnicities to send their children to receive an education. Gulenist businessmen provide the majority of these schools’ funding. Such donors have given a portion of their incomes to schools in an assigned region in exchange for help finding business deals. The teachers of the schools are typically devout Gulenist followers willing to live far away from home in foreign lands for what they see as the greater mission of the Gulenist cause.

The curriculum at these schools includes math, science, and Turkish- and English-language instruction, but there is a deeper agenda involved than pedagogy. Graduates of these schools can usually speak Turkish fluently, have been exposed to Turkish culture and history, and are prepared for careers in high places. In regions like Africa and Central Asia in particular, where quality education is difficult to come by, the children of the political elites who attend these schools usually have developed a deep affinity for Turkish culture. As a result, the Gulenists are able to raise a generation of diplomats, security professionals, economists and engineers who are more likely to take Turkish national interests into account when they reach positions of influence.

What you are describing is 'Imam-Hatip' schools, which are mixed earthly-religious schools with 40% Islam subject and 60% secular subject.
    They exist also in Bulgaria.
Afghanistan, Russia and Pakistan have shown interest to implement the model:
A model Islamic education from Turkey? | Reuters
Imam-Hatip schools are directly related to Turkish Education Ministry as a service for conservative families, besides the normal schools.

Gülen schools on the other hand are fully earthly. Just read above Stratfor quote.
No need for dis-information campaign in Anti-Islam mood of US province already worrying how to pay next mortgage rate.
