Islamist bombers target Olympics - Times Online

"A MILITANT Islamic group has threatened to attack the Beijing Olympics with suicide bombers and biological weapons and has claimed responsibility for a string of fatal bombings and explosions in China over recent weeks.

In a video released by IntelCenter, a terrorism monitoring group, a bearded man identified as “Commander Seyfullah” is seen reading a declaration of jihad against the Olympics and warns athletes and spectators, “especially Muslims”, to stay away."

Obviously not so much news as it is confirmation of the inevitable...
Sad to say, but maybe it's a good thing the Olympics are happening in a police state this year?

With recent attacks in India as well, the sting of Islamic extremism is being felt throughout Asia. Here's hoping all of our US athletes and visitors make it home safely.

What are you worried about, our Liberal brothers and sisters have insisted terrorism is no threat at all and all we need are police to solve what little threat they pose to us. Why we even have a few on this board demanding we cut our military to a fraction of its current size as it is a waste of money.
