In Egypt and Pakistan the quality of life is very low and the leadership in those countries do not care, whatever money they get is mostly used to line their pockets and in Pakistans case build madrassas and fund terrorism. I don't care how much in debt the US is I would rather live here anyday than those Islamic countries.

I don't think it will in those countries case because the governments are very, very corrupt, even more so than the Western countries. If those countries got more money they would not use it to change the quality of life for their citizens, the US already gives Egypt and Pakistan billions of dollars a year, none of that goes to their citizens.
