Not all Muslims are bad eggs, the Kurds and Indian Muslims for the most part are good people.

Of course. I totally agree with you. Among Muslims you will find many that are honorable and trustworthy. However, many of them aren't true practicing Muslims. A real Muslim cannot break bread with or trust a non Muslim, according to Islam.Even when they are a small minority, as in most of Western Europe, they are being actively watched and monitored for terrorism. This is what happened in France yesterday! Who was the swing vote in that race, the MUSLIMS IMMIGRANTS. They abuse the French welfare state 100 fold and they openly call for an end French law and to be replaced by Sharia Law.
The Socialist that just won, promised them more entitlements and a "fairer" immigration system in order to purchase their votes!
The Result: More well to do French are going to be forced to leave the country. More Muslims will flock to the France and do what the Muslim in the Australian piece did, abuse 10 fold the welfare system and product 8-9 kids. by 2020, they will easily make up 25% of the population! France will be a scary place at that point!

An informant at a California mosque has hampered efforts to find home-grown terrorists.
Law enforcement efforts to root out home-grown terrorists are jeopardized by deteriorating relations between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Muslim and Arab-American communities.
The situation began last fall when the FBI quietly withdrew formal relations with all local chapters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), one of the largest Muslim American civil rights organizations. The FBI cited "a number of distinct narrow issues" that it has refused to make public.
The situation worsened in February, when it became public that the FBI had planted an informant at a California mosque who, a coalition of more than a dozen Muslim American groups charges, actively tried to recruit terrorists.
Last week, the coalition accused the FBI of engaging in "McCarthy-era tactics" and announced it was considering suspending all ties with the FBI unless it made public its concerns with CAIR and "reassessed its use of agent provocateurs in Muslim communities."
The FBI would not comment, except to issue a statement saying: "Limiting honest dialogue, especially when complex issues are on the table, is generally not an effective advocacy strategy."
That has not satisfied many in the Muslim and Arab-American communities, including some who have not joined the coalition threatening to terminate FBI ties.
NYPD Monitoring Mosques
In New York, polls show strong support for the NYPD and editorial pages have said broad surveillance is needed to protect the city.
A series of AP stories has detailed that the NYPD monitored mosques and Muslim-owned businesses in New Jersey, and how it prepared a report cataloging the location of Muslim-owned businesses and mosques in Newark. Muslim student groups at Rutgers University and other colleges throughout the northeast also were monitored. The report didn't describe any criminal activity or links to terrorism of any groups that were monitored.
FBI said to have gathered intelligence on Muslims
(Reuters) - U.S. civil liberties advocates said on Tuesday the FBI had engaged in secretly collecting intelligence about Muslims in the San Francisco Bay area in recent years, including details about a sermon delivered at a mosque.
The American Civil Liberties Union called for an inquiry into the FBI's data collection, citing investigative practices from between 2004 and 2008 that it said raised the possibility of privacy violations.
The FBI defended its actions, saying the information in question was gathered as part of authorized law-enforcement activities, some intended to bolster ties with the Muslim community.
Police monitoring of Muslim organizations has been a concern across the country. According to reports by the Associated Press, the New York Police Department kept tabs on Muslim neighborhoods in New York and surrounding areas by sending undercover officers into mosques, meetings of college campus groups and local businesses, and keeping records of what they found.

Will they examine this question fully, fairly, and honestly? If so, that will be the first time in official Washington. "Muslim 'Radicalization' Is Focus of Planned Inquiry," by Raymond Hernandez for the New York Times, December 16:
WASHINGTON -- The Republican who will head the House committee that oversees domestic security is planning to open a Congressional inquiry into what he calls "the radicalization" of the Muslim community when his party takes over the House next year.
Representative Peter T. King of New York, who will become the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, said he was responding to what he has described as frequent concerns raised by law enforcement officials that Muslim leaders have been uncooperative in terror investigations.
He cited the case of Najibullah Zazi, an Afghan man and a legal resident of the United States, who was arrested last year for plotting to bomb the New York subway system. Mr. King said that Ahmad Wais Afzali, an imam in Queens who had been a police informant, had warned Mr. Zazi before his arrest that he was the target of a terror investigation.
"When I meet with law enforcement, they are constantly telling me how little cooperation they get from Muslim leaders," Mr. King said....

Major Nidal Hasan, Fort Hood Shooting Suspect, Wants Trial Delayed
FORT HOOD, Texas — A military judge on Tuesday said he would consider postponing until October the trial of the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood shooting rampage.
Maj. Nidal Hasan's attorneys asked that the trial be delayed from June until October, saying they needed more time to review the large volumes of evidence in the case. The judge, Col. Gregory Gross, previously delayed the court-martial from March until June. It's unclear when he will decide on the defense's second request for a postponement.
Hasan is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder. He faces the death penalty if convicted in the November 2009 shootings on the Texas Army post.
Gross on Tuesday denied a defense motion seeking a Defense Initiated Victim Outreach specialist, Fort Hood officials said. The new program aims to help the defense respond to the needs of survivors and victims' families and possibly change their attitudes if they support the death penalty.
