The Bass knows that the Bible says spare the rod spoil the child, which means if one doesn't discipline their child the child will be undisciplined, but does it really mean one has to whip the kids? The Bass does not believe in whipping children with belts or any other way for that matter, physical pain don't teach kids anything and whipping a kid doesn't make them better in the long run anyways, the Bass was never whipped as a child and grew up just fine. Some kids have ADHD, which is a behavioral problem that needs counseling, not whipping yet many kids with it whipped to no avail. Shame on any USMB posters that whips their kids!!!!
