Romo has beaten the Giants 4 times and is 4-1 as a starter against them.

However, he is 0-1 off the bench and 0-1 in the playoffs against them, in short, he's never beaten NY in a game that mattered.

The guy finds ways to lose, his picks wern't even off blitzes, they were just dumb throws into coverage.
