Is this the Mark Of The Beast?

Much ado about nothing, my friend. Will never happen in the U.S. This nation is still dominated by conservatives and we will never submit to being forced into embedded technology.

Pretribbers are dumb as shit comes. They expect a whole lot of things to unfold imminently, things that no one is even trying to start. We're all going to get literal marks on the forehead, which means chips implanted in the arm. And, it's going to happen very soon, even though the general public, including the politicians, would overwhelmingly resist mandatory implanting. I say "would resist" because no one has even floated the idea for anyone to resist.

Why do they believe in a pretrib rapture coming very soon? Because Jesus said his coming (judgement on the Jews in the first century) would be when it's not expected, so expect the rapture before the imminent tribulation.

Pretribbers have s-h-i-t for brains, and the Devil for a father.

Hello pretribbers, you reading this? You're going to Hell.
Uh. Hold on there Pilgrim. I'm somebody.

I've been working to resist the Mark of the Beast for several decades and teaching people what steps they will have to take.

Right now, I'm working on The Resistance Manual. It will feature several decades of my experience along with what my mentors taught me.

So, somebody IS working on a viable plan to resist the microchip technology.

Well, you are certainly entitled to you opinion. I happen to disagree. Back in the day, I studied all the various end-time theories, and concluded that preterism made the most sense of the evidence.

and you are wrong.

It's not a mere opinion that those pretribbers are damn fools and enemies of Christ. They reject everything the Bible says about Christians going through the tribulation (ahem, and be beaten in the synagogues, before Jesus' generation passes away) in exchange for the pretrib rapture, which they know is pretrib because Jesus said his coming (not rapture) will be when it's not expected, so expected it before the tribulation.

I do agree that post-trib is more biblical than pre-trib.

G) The Bible Teaches About a Rapture
1 Thessalonians 4:17 speaks of an event called “the Rapture”, Latin “rapio,” Greek “harpazo,” which means “to catch up, to snatch away, or to take out.” “After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.” Paul states that the concept of the Rapture is meant to encourage believers during this Age (1 Thes. 4:18). Other New Testament references on the Rapture are Jn. 14:1-4; I Cor. 15:51-58; and 1 Thes. 4:13-18.

100 or more years ago it was plausible that the "mark" was figurative.

However, now, in light of the scannable microchip

the claim of "figurative mark" is made only by lie lovers. Same as only a lie lover would claim "the mark of the beast is ancient history"

You understand so little. And I am a lover of truth, not lies. It is ancient history. Read my post here

I read your post and the one following it. Within the person you are responding to, the poster that responded to your other post and my response, there are three people who disagree with your position.

In I Thessalonians 5: 22 there is a Bible command:
"Abstain from all appearance of evil."

We got it. When any semblance of evil crosses your path, you will accept it. Let's review the applicable verses of Revelations 13:

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number [is] Six hundred threescore [and] six.

In the final days you literally will not be able to buy or sell without a "Mark of the Beast." If you don't have the "Mark," then you will have to know the number of his name. My grand-father worried that the Socialist Surveillance Number ... ooops, "Social Security Number" was the precursor to the Mark of the Beast despite that the original SSN had the words "NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION" printed across the front of each card in all caps.

Today, many places won't accept cash and swiping a card is preferable for cash transactions in most places that do accept cash. And when you go to do business with a lot of people, they want your "Social."

At the end of the day, the entire mindset is about control. Microchip technology is about control. It is about the forfeiture of Liberty. In Galatians 5 : 1 we are admonished:

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”

When any government or corporate entity can monitor you 24 / 7 / 365 and force you to do what they want, they have you in absolute bondage. The Mark of the Beast is about having people that have accepted something that forces them to do whatever those forces tell them to do. So, while you can play semantics all day long, NOBODY is required by the laws of God to forfeit their Liberty... and what does this new technology mandate a person do in order to buy and sell?

You are leading people down a dark path wherein they end up owing their souls to the powers that be of this world. When there is a one world religion, microchip technology will be used to keep you from rejecting the government's decree of that one world religion. Today, like the SSN was when first introduced, whether you use the technology or not is voluntary. But, if you do, it will ultimately be mandatory and it will be used as a tool of control.

Well, you are certainly entitled to you opinion. I happen to disagree. Back in the day, I studied all the various end-time theories, and concluded that preterism made the most sense of the evidence.

No, satan never spoke to Eve. That was a snake. The idea that it was satan is a Christian overlay upon the OT text. It's a re-interpretation, but there is nothing in that Genesis text to support that.

This is interesting. A startup for a global identification system. If this ever became mandatory, it would be simple to then switch to a cashless society. Then no one would be able to buy or sell without this ID. This may be the precursor to the Mark of the Beast.

Bovine Manure.

It was the conservative Tea Party Republicans that forced the National ID / REAL ID Act into law. That gave rise to SSN based National ID, E-Verify, etc.

It was conservative Tea Party Republicans that declared war against the Fourth Amendment, doing away with the concept of a Presumption of Innocence / Innocent Until Proven Guilty, and the supposed "need" for us to be put under surveillance and monitored 24 / 7 / 365 under the pretext of saving us from any number of contrived evils.

The nutty wall around America cannot work without this womb to the tomb microchip technology. Conservatives who are pushing the POLICE STATE are paving the way and making it easy for the liberals to finish the right off with a big coup de grace the moment Dems begin replacing the Republicans.

That passage, when placed in the larger context of the chapter, is answering questions that Christians in Thessalonica had concerning death. What has happened to our loved ones who have died before the return of Christ to earth? What is theirs and our ultimate destiny? Paul’s answer: bodily resurrection at the return of Christ to earth! Not an escape into the sky

So quoting a Christian text (Revelation) to prove that Christians did not redefine an OT passage? Sorry, that doesn't work.

People who believe the pretrib rapture are godless shitheads.

1 Thessalonians 4 has nothing to with the Tribulation, even though you want to dump your shit all over it. There's absolutely zero link between v. 17 and the timing of the Tribulation. Do you not know how to read?

Anyone who reads the Bible without trying to crap on the Bible sees that Paul is encouraging the Thessalonians with the hope of being reunited with loved ones in Christ who have passed away, not with the Rapture. This is a real hope that all in Christ will get to experience.

Even if your dumbshit doctrine is right, you're accusing God of making fools out of 2000 years of Christians who have died with the false expectation of being raptured.

Your father is Satan. And, like the Jews whom Jesus told were children of Satan, you think you're a child of God. You're not. If you were a child of God, you wouldn't be crapping all over the Bible.

That may have made sense to you, but for me it doesn't even compute. I let the Bible define the Bible. Are you sure you have a handle on what the Bible is about?

This is interesting. A startup for a global identification system. If this ever became mandatory, it would be simple to then switch to a cashless society. But the technology already exist for RFID chips, as well as RFID tattoos, placed on the hand or the forehead.

Yoti aims to provide everyone with a biometric digital identity that works via a smartphone app
Yoti, a British start-up, is trying to establish a global identity system that protects users from both identity theft and having their data collected and exploited. All personal data remains within the Yoti ecosystem, where different elements – name, gender, date of birth etc – are encrypted and stored separately. Yoti discards these after the ID has been created. Yoti’s co-founder and CEO Robin Tombs says passport images are deleted after seven days.Users who have Android phones with NFC can read the chip in their digital passport. Tombs says Apple doesn’t allow this at the moment. If a company wants to verify a user, it presents them with a QR code that they can read with the Yoti app. They can verify their Yoti ID by entering a 5-digit pin or their biometrics: that is, by videoing themselves and by speaking random words displayed on the smartphone screen. If you’re holding your smartphone in the usual way, the video is easily captured: the app just turns on the front-facing camera.

You lost me when you called it the "mark of the beast". No rational conversation should start with that.

Only an irrational person would find fault with calling this potential technological tyranny the Mark of the Beast. You're putting prejudice before sanity.

Sad to see so many people refusing to believe the obvious that is right in front of their face.

Can't "buy or sell" without it. .. "cashless society" ... must have the scannable micro chip to "buy or sell" .... so obvious

so much is "hidden in plain sight"
