Are you familiar with the Sedition Act? If so, how does Angle's action(s) fall under the legal definition of sedition? You believe her to be guilty and cannot make a rational legal case supporting your supposition. The onus is on you to prove your position.

How is Sharon Angle not in custody?

First, you have to provide examples of leftists who have been arrested for sedition. Then you have to explain how a law that is probably unconstitutional, and thus either ignored or stricken from the books (to lazy to research this), is being used against them. Then you might have a case to argue that Angle should be arrested for sedition, if you can provide examples of her doing whatever it is that you think sedition is supposed to be.

The Alien and Sedition Act, which Adams signed into law, is not the same as The Sedition Act of 1918, which was essentially amendments to the Espionage Act of 1918.
