Is "Post racialism" a white conspiracy to pacify Black Americans

I just feel that many blacks are concerned about how whites seem to be forcing them seleves upon blacks again. I mean the slave master did it during slavery, with black women.
All this talk of post racialism, seems to be like the slave master all over again trying to force them selves
upon blacks again by saying that we are beyound race, when in fact we really are not beyound race.
Black people just don't want to lose our indentity and our culture. We are African Americans, not Europeans!. And we need to have our culture respected, and not diluted by people attempting to dilute
African American culture, with all kinds of gimicks, like this "Post Racialism", its nothing but a gimick if you ask me.

Forcing ourselves upon black people ? That's why we move to get away from black people. rofl @ Your rape statement.

And I can completely understand the statement about Black identity. And if you want your culture respected, you must respect other cultures. Personally , there's very little I respect about your culture. But that's the fault of the young folks not the older folks.

I must tell you in the New York City area, Whites are all moving into all black neighborhoods. There is no more %100 percent black neighborhoods in New York City
Today. So, your statement about whites moving out of black neighborhoods is incorrect.

The whole post-racialism thing seems like a confluence of wishes from both sides of the political spectrum

1. Liberals wishing we could get past race - naive, but a great goal.

2. Conservatives wishing they didnt have to hear blacks whine about race - naive. there are false racisim claims, but there are still valid racism claims

White flight in St. Louis is alive and well. I view it as a bad thing.

Were you looking for evidence of black culture in America? I think the whole music and dress thing for teens is what passes for culture anymore. While Elivis might have "stolen" plenty of black music and I'm sure plenty of rappers get bum deals from their record companies it seems that is where black culture shines through more than the black percentage of the population "should" warrant.

For the record, I'm fine with rap or whatever the new phrase is for hip hop.
