The part you are missing is that after the scandals of Abu Garib prison run by the US, we gave the Iraqi govt much more say in the detainment and justice for prisoners taken on the battlefield.. Actual major cluster fuck if IRAQ released the exact monsters that are gonna destroy Iraq and drag the Prez thru the streets bfore ISIS crucify him.. We just did the same silly ass mistake releasing the future leaders of Afghan in exchange for one sketchy soldier.
