Is it possible that Baraq Obama is not really the President? Hawaiian governor Neil Abercrombie, who had vowed to produce proof of Obamas birth, is now saying that a certificate of birth cannot be located in the States Office of Vital Statistics. Hawaii governor can't find Obama birth certificate No birth certificate? If he was indeed born in Hawaii, there would have to be one, and if the governor cant find it, it isnt there. The upshot is that there is no proof of Obamas Hawaiian birth.
Folks, there is good reason to believe that Obama is not in fact the President. Electability by the American voter base is predicated upon qualification to be President under the Constitution, which we all know requires U. S. born citizenship. The fact that he received the popular vote in a Presidential election cannot make him the President if he is not a citizen. For example, If a plebiscite were held today and 100% of Americans voted to retract the right to bear arms, it would not rescind the second amendment. By definition the constitution is immune from the popular will unless amended in the proper manner. Likewise, popular election to a federal office is invalid if the candidate is not fully qualified to hold it. Unless proven otherwise, lacking qualification to be president, Obama is not and never has been President, and when there is no President to carry out the duties of the office then the Vice President assumes the role.
Here is the nub of the case against Obama as President:
1)The aforementioned lack of birth certificate to be found in the office of vital stats.
2)The Certificate of Live birth, provided by Obama, is not proof Obama was born in Hawaii. It says right on the certificate that its purpose is merely to prove that a live birth occurred, not where it occurred. Anyone could phone in such a report to the state to generate such a certificate, such as, for example, Obamas white grandparents who lived in Hawaii. BTW, the Hawaii Department of Health refuses to endorse the Certificate of Live Birth.
3)The former Elections Administrator for Honolulu, Tim Adams, states that when Obama was campaigning for the Presidency, he was called upon to obtain proof of his Hawaiian birth. He says he found that no birth certificate existed, and further stated that when he contacted the two local hospitals where Obama might have been born, both said they had no record of his birth. 4)The most likely reason Obama has steadfastly refuses to produce the certificate is because he cant because it does not exist. The birth certificate would show what hospital, the doctor who delivered, those in attendance, in other words verifiable facts that could easily be proven or disproven. If he tried to issue a fake certificate its veracity would be undermined almost immediately.
5)Obamas maternal grandmother has told many people, in fact brags about the fact he was born in Mombosso, Kenya. All the clues are beginning to add up here as to why Obama wont put this controversy to rest. We know his mother flew to Kenya late in her pregnancy, and returned to Hawaii a short time later (either before or after his birth), and then three weeks later flew to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. Obamas father lived in Honolulu in a separate apartment from his mother. Obamas mother did not return to Hawaii until after his father moved out of the state in June of 1962. Obviously this was not a normal nuclear marriage. Given that interracial relationships were almost unheard of back then, is it possible she flew to Kenya to have the baby in order to conceal this fact? If so, that would certainly explain why no birth certificate can be found.
If Obama is not of U.S. origin, then his Presidency is null and void, and any laws and executive orders that contain his signature are invalid. I would like to see the House of Representative commence hearings on the matter and subpoena Obama and the Hawaii Department of Vital Statistics to produce the certificate. If it is found he was born in Kenya instead of America then there is no need for impeachment proceedings since he is not the president, and he must be ushered out of the oval office and tried for fraud.
