Is it rational to suggest receipts for voters upon casting their vote,

    that would be instantly printed right out of the voter machine after voting, and that can be held by the voter after they have voted as a receipt for who they voted for ?

    Just wondering how these machines can better serve the public in this way.

    Hey the lottery in many states operate efficiently enough, so why can't the voter machines do any better ?
