In pre-Nazi Germany (and many many other countries ) there were many political parties but their mere existence did not mean they were parties with intelligent ideas- did it? Of course not, and so the Nazis took over but not, of course, because they had reasonable ideas. The modern US may be in a similar situation. We have liberals but do they have reasonable or intelligent ideas? The easy way to find out is to simply ask them. First, are they willing to swear an allegience to reason. Second, can they say anything intelligent and reasonable in defense of liberalism.

If you ask them to say something intelligent and reasonable in defense of liberalism they cant. That tells us all we need to know about liberalism, doesn't it?

If liberalism was the result purely of stupidity, then liberals would make the right decision approximately half the time. Since they make the wrong decision 100% of the time, liberalism is obviously a organized campaign against logic and facts.

possibly but their ignorance can be perfectly reactionary. So, conservatives and libertarians come up with reasonable and intelligent solutions and then liberals always oppose making them always stupid rather than stupid half the time.

"Is it possible that liberalism is based in pure ignorance?"

It's a fact that your thread fails as a straw man fallacy, as is the case with your other bizarre threads.

that's a picture perfect liberal for you. It does not ever occur to him to present a reason. He operates in pure ignorance and is proud of it just like the Nazis were. Scary!

Look up the meaning of "straw man fallacy" cuz, dear, he nailed it.

The amazing thing is how they were trained to love and defend Socialism and the USSR as if they had a real vested interest in it. There are Politboro member not as distraught over the break up of the USSR as "American" Progressives

ROFL! Even if it's not true, it's not a straw man fallacy. A question can't be a straw man fallacy, numskull.

You don't deny it and attack the poster. That is ignorant, which goes to prove the OP's accusation.

Exposing a fallacy is not "attacking the poster" dumbass. (<< that is attacking the poster)

And he's right. If anything he understated it calling the OP's work "bizarre". That actually doesn't go far enough but we don't have a word that does. This is after all a poster who still insists Thomas Jefferson founded the Republican Party, 28 years after he was already dead. That's beyond irrational.

So one could ask, "is it possible that Special Ed's drivel is based in pure ignorance?" I say no. It takes a certain arrogance to ignore the multitude of corrections he's been offered and go on with the same ruse over and over expecting different results.

I'm going with congenital psychosis for 500, Alex. Final answer.

You don't get to decide what threads fail and what threads succeed any more than Obama can decide what businesses fail and which ones succeed.

Stupid liberal.

Liberalism is what this country is founded on. Don't like it? Move. You won't be missed.

yes this is why my first question was, would a liberal swear an allegience to reason. Really they are more like animals who cant reason. They react out of their hearts but have no ability to reason about what is in their hearts. Welfare is good is as far as a liberal can get. But how can it be organized since that would require an ability to reason?

I suppose you could argue that they are Marxist dupes, but in my view Marx was no smarter than your average liberal.

You must be new here. Everything Special Ed posts is a failure. It's simple observation; we all know it.

Don't agree?

Fine --- try to defend this one. Try to defend any one. See where you end up.

Rotsa ruck.
