Of course, not. The State is no charitable organization, though it pretends to be. So special-interest disbursements to foreign satellites--a venerable policy when the Romans did it--must have another purpose. And just as under the Romans, the purpose is empire, and the bribing of foreign politicians, armies, and spies to do the bidding of the emperor, the senate, and the court. One other point; foreign aid money, except for the agreed-upon percentage for sticky fingers, must be spent on US companies in league with the empire: GE, Westinghouse, Caterpillar, General Dynamics, Boeing, Martin Marietta, Lockheed, et al. In other words, foreign aid is corporatist and imperialist evil.

And yet we can't even agree that it's wrong to fleece the taxpayers of the U.S. for this nonsense.
