Is Donald Trump fit to be POTUS?

Is Donald Trump fit to remain President of the United States?

I am tired of decades of surface sweetness masking a undermining of the US and its interests, and its people. I am tired of politicians saying one thing, and doing th e opposite. I am tired of politicians who lie out of both sides of their mouth while enriching themselves and their cronies, while screwing over the middle class.

You can choose to continue with that sort of bullshit, but i voted for trump because i am tired of the middle class being lied to, and screwed over by the billionaires who want to turn us back into serfs.

You may be stupid and ignorant of history. But I am not.
Unfortunately, there isn't a rating available to adequately demonstrate my reaction to your rationalization. It, if available, would show the iced tea streaming from my nose as I read your post.

You resent politicians lying to the people, so you voted for Trump. You resent politicians enriching themselves and their cronies, while screwing over the middle class. So you voted for Trump.

What manner of logic did you use to make your decision?

Trumps lies hurt trump. They don't hurt the American People. Obummer lied about healthcare and cost over one hundred million more people to buy insurance that was worse than what they had. Hillarys lies ended up with people dead. Funny that. The people you seem to like, lie every bit as much as trump does, but the victims of their lies are the regular people. Trump hurts trump.

HUGE difference.
Trump's lies hurt America in the field of international diplomacy, as he is POTUS. And they can hurt the economy, as signs of instability.

They do? How? Trump has done more diplomacy that has helped us than the previous 4 presidents combined. In fact I can't think of a single international agreement that obummer made that benefited US. If you know of one please provide a link to it.
Trump has attacked NATO, the UN, gotten out of the Paris Accord. There are other examples I'm sure, those were off the top of my head.

I'm not sure what he accomplished with Kim Jong Un either.
Yes. But can you think of anything he shouldn't have done?

Liberal Democrats ignore Trump's summits with world leaders like Kim Jong-Un and Vladimir Putin.

Speaking for myself, as a liberal Democrat, I didn't ignore the meetings with Kim and Putin, I saw them as complete failures. Trump has all by himself set back US hegemony by leaps and bounds.

Yeah? So? NATO has been sponging off of us for decades. Presidents for as long as i can remember have been saying that the European nations needed to step up their payments. Trump is the first one with the balls to actually call them out on their cheapskatedness. Aren't you sick and tired of being the worlds piggy bank?

The Paris accord hurt the US, helped the Chinese and the Indian countries, and ultimately did nothing to curb pollution. Why sign onto something that does nothing but bankrupt the USA?

If the shrilary were elected we would right now be in a real shooting war with NK. Trump is talking to the little shit, and maybe, just maybe we can get him to get rid of his nukes without having to go to war. Do you not think that worth the diplomatic efforts that trump has engaged in?

Nice try faux Nostradamus, along with echoing trumps talking points have you anything of substance to offer?

What problems? Be specific as to origin.

You must be kidding: Most everything he has done can be classified as a clusterfuck.

Is that enough to enlighten you that trump is inept, inexperienced and for two years has further divided our country with his arrogance and total lack of decorum?

:auiqs.jpg:

You put that shit in your head? You're worse off than I thought.

- Dismissals and resignations are a part of doing business. Someone fucks up, you dump them. Can't do the job, dump them. Media magnifies the significance? So what?
- Those State Department jobs are superfluous, and not necessary like most State Department work, that only shills for foreign governments.
- I judge credibility by results. Trump has gotten some great results across the board.
- He attacked security agents weaponized by Obama. He should fire even deeper. IG report and the Barr/Durham investigation are forthcoming.
- Bellicosity and brinkmanship are working where decades of diplomacy have not.
- The chaos at the border is on the Democrats entirely.
- The only racism is between your ears.

In terms of dividing the country, no one tops Obama. He divided us to the degree where unity is now impossible, and one side will have to politically neuter the other.

It’s not that Trump fired these people or forced them to resign. It was the daily insults, slams, name-calling, disrespect and outright degradation of people he had invited to work for him. It’s firing people in the most public and humiliating way possible. Trying to strand Comey in California. Trying to strip McCabe of a his pension after more than 30 years of service to his country.

As for the chaos that is White House and executive staffing. Employee turnover helps get rid of the deadwood, but turnover is disruptive and expensive. You have to take the time to review resumes, interview candidates, and wait for the new hire to get up to speed in the systems and methods. During that time, work flow is interrupted, and the rest of your staff staff are picking up the slack. If too many positions are open, work comes to a standstill.

In banking, finance and law, 9%, is considered a good turnover rate. A higher rate of turnover will significantly affect the ability of the office to function. Fully 1/3 of the Trump’s original White House staff and cabinet were gone at the end of Trump’s first year in office. Nearly four times the optimum rate of turnover for effective functioning.

Should Trump decide to go to war against Iran, he has no confirmed Secretary of Defense, or Homeland Security. 41% of the top positions at Homeland Security are vacant, in large part because none of the people running DHS would break the law or violate court orders.

More than half the top jobs at the Justice Department are vacant because it’s hard to find lawyers willing to violate the Constitution. There are so few guys like William Barr available. The honest people at Justice want to see Trump indicted.

Trump just fired all of the scientists at the Department of Agriculture because they kept issuing reports saying that Trump’s policies were harming farmers.

Remember the Huber Report? The Utah prosecutor who was reviewing All Things Hillary, and the “spying” on the Trump Campaign. 18 months and crickets. Huber is was supposed to issue his report at the end of last year. Several people in the news media have enquired as to when his report will be issued. Huber is no longer returning calls or emails.

Can we assume since Trump and the Justice Department have now called for AG Barr and the IG to investigate, Huber found nothing?

Investigators met with Christopher Steele. They were impressed with what he told them.

I don’t think this is going to turn out the way you think it is. I’ve watched the George Papadopoulos reality show. The guy is a total loon! He’s such a DAW that I can fully see him getting drunk in a bar and bragging about his connections to the Trump campaign and Russia having all of Hillary’s emails. He’s just that dumb.

Now, let's get back to the seminal question of this thread:

Is Donald Trump fit to remain President of the United States?

21 of you voted he is fit and is in fact perfect. Yet not one of you provided and explanation for their vote have been submitted.

Elections have consequences

2018 sure has. Once again CrusaderFrank posts a couple of idiot-grams in an effort to move my post #94 down the road. Efforts by him to censor anything which he finds troublesome is dishonest, typical of him, and clearly one of his many character flaws.
Trump's only flaw is the inordinate delay in exposing Obama's Stalinist use of Intelligence Agencies against an American citizen

Below copied from my copy of the DSM-IV, made easy: The Clinician's Guide to Diagnosis, by Dr, James Morrison (pg. 461)

GENERAL CRITERIA FOR PERSONALITY DISORDERS:

A lasting pattern of behavior and inner experience that markedly deviates from norms of the patient's culture; The pattern is manifested in at least two of these areas:
  • Affect (appropriateness, intensity, lability, and range of emotions
  • Cognition (how the patient perceives and interprets self, others and events)
  • Impulse control
  • Interpersonal functioning.
    • This pattern is fixed and effects many personal and social situations
    • This stable pattern has lasted a long time with roots in adolescence or young adulthood
    • The pattern isn't explained by another medical disorder
    • It isn't caused by a general medical condition or by the use of substances, including medications
***Cluster A:

Paranoid: These people are suspicious and quick to take offense. They often have few confidants and may read hidden meanings into innocent remarks.

Cluster B:

Antisocial: as adults they may default on debts, or otherwise show irresponsibility; act recklessly or impulsively; and show no remorse for their behavior.

Histrionic:

Overly emotional, vague and attention-seeking; needing constant reassurance, self centered and sexually seductive.

Narcissistic: These people are self important and often preoccupied with envy, fantasies, or ruminations about the uniqueness of their own problems. Their sense of entitlement and lack of empathy may cause them to take advantage of others. The vigorously reject criticism, and need constant attention and admiration.

Cluster C:

Dependent:

These people need the approval of other so much that they have trouble making independent decisions, or starting projects; they may even agree with others whom they know to be wrong. They fear abandonment, feel helpless when they are alone, and are miserable when relationships end. The are easily hurt by criticism and will even volunteer for unpleasant tasks to gain the favor of others.

Consider these are very general and not all bullet points will apply to The Donald, but many do. Focus now on the more comprehensive discussion on Narcissistic Personality Disorder: 301.81 (pg 485)

Beginning by early adult life, grandiosity (real or fantasized), lack of empathy, and need for admiration are present in a variety of situations and shown by at least five of these:
  • A grandiose sense of self importance (patient exaggerates own abilities and accomplishments)
  • Preoccupation with fantasies of beauty, brilliance, ideal love, power, or limitless success
  • Belief that personal uniqueness renders the patient for only associations with (or understanding by) people or institutions of rarefied status
  • Need for excessive admiration
  • A sense of entitlement (patient unreasonably expects favorable treatment or automatic granting of his own wishes
  • Exploitation of others to achieve personal goals
  • Lack of empathy (patient does not recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others)
  • Frequent envy of others or belief that others envy patient
  • Arrogance or haughtiness in attitude or behavior
Too many of these bullet points reflect the behavior of Donald Trump to be dismissed. The question, however, is this: is he qualified to be or remain The Most Powerful person in the world?

It's good to see AG Barr going after Mueller and the rest of the Deep State. Hopefully Mueller, Comey, Obama and others will see jail time.

All believe, or pretend, Trump is fit to be president. I challenge all or anyone of them to provide clear, concise and probative evidence that trump is fit, and why they would vote for him in the next general election.

Try to prove to me, and other critics, why we should consider to reward him with four more years.

I have no reason or motivation to prove the obvious to you.

Why should I write you a book of events that have been public knowledge from January 20 2017?

Results tell. That you choose to believe nonsense is your own affair.

Also, if you actually read the thread, you would see that I qualified the "perfect" reading.

You've been making this claim for 3 years now Frank, and at every turn, Trump's claims have proven to be lies. All of the evidence uncovered - from the Steele Dossier, to the Mueller Report, shows a direct attempt by the Trump Administration to work with ANYONE who could help his election campaign, including the GRU and WikiLeaks. And everyone who had contacts with the Russians, lied about those contacts.

Intelligence Agencies from at least three foreign governments, had warned the FBI, the CIA, and/or the State Department, that Russian operatives had been meeting with members of, and in contact with the Trump campaign throughout Europe. Had the American intelligence agencies failed to follow up on these reports and open an investigation, they would have been derelict in their duty, and the oath they took to the Constitution of the United States.

Trump believes that it's not wrong to accept help from any source, if it helps his campaign. And he's wrong about that. There are very clear and specific laws which make it a federal crime to do so. One only needs to watch Trump actions and treatment of your NATO Allies, to understand the dangers of accepting favours from Russians.

NATO hasn't been "taking advantage" of the US for years. There was NOTHING in the NATO Treaty which required the USA to build the largest military the world has ever seen and to station troops all over the world. The USA did that all by themselves. But what NATO has done is kept Russia in check, and destroyed the Soviet Empire. Fracturing NATO is Putin's greatest desire, even more than destroying the USA. With Trump, Putin has achieved the destruction of NATO.

Trump lied about NATO members "taking advantage of Americans", as an excuse to reward Vladimir Putin for Russian assistance in the US elections. When Angela Merkel agreed to re-arm Germany, I shuddered. One of the stated goals of the NATO Alliance, was to keep the Germany government from ever re-arming and threatening European peace. In that regard, the Alliance promised to keep Germany safe from Soviet/Russian attack. Here was the President of the United States, the titular lead government in NATO, telling the Germans they were "taking advantage" of Americans by not re-arming.

Got any more stories about how Trump's just the best President ever?

Clueless Dems are going to get a big wake up call in 2020.

bab·ble
/ˈbabəl/
Learn to pronounce
verb
  1. 1.
talk rapidly and continuously in a foolish, excited, or incomprehensible way.

Apparently you want the reader to believe you know more than a series of Ph.d. Mental Health specialists who have written 5 iterations of the DSM for Psychiatrists and Psychologists to have a road map on mental illness.

Science and scientific theories no longer matter to the anti-intellectual set who dominate this message board; most, like you(?) accept conspiracy theories over well established scientific ones.

FYI
What is DSM and why is it important?

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is the handbook used by health care professionals in the United States and much of the world as the authoritative guide to the diagnosis of mental disorders. DSM contains descriptions, symptoms, and other criteria for diagnosing mental disorders. It provides a common language for clinicians to communicate about their patients and establishes consistent and reliable diagnoses that can be used in the research of mental disorders. It also provides a common language for researchers to study the criteria for potential future revisions and to aid in the development of medications and other interventions.

Why was DSM revised?

DSM has been periodically reviewed and revised since it was first published in 1952. The previous version of DSM was completed nearly two decades ago; since that time, there has been a wealth of new research and knowledge about mental disorders.

DSM-5 FAQ

DSM-5
burt none of that relates to Trump----hahahahahahahah
you just WISH that it does

Consider this: DENIAL, "a psychological defense mechanism in which confrontation with a personal problem or with reality is avoided by denying the existence of the problem or reality.
YOU are not a doctor/psychologist/etc
you are just babbling

Hundred of psychologists and psychiatrists have publically stated that Trump suffers from Narciscistic Personality Disorder. His father sent him to military school to learn discipline. He was expelled, twice. Trump's history if one of self-aggrandizement, and personal failure. His business record is the worst in American history, his 7 business bankruptcies a record for an American businessman. As are his 3000 law suits.

Trump was and is the laughing stock of New York, which voted overwhelmingly for Clinton. These are the people who know Trump best. Who have watched his business career and his attempts to spin himself as this rich, successful hot shot negotiator, while leaving bad debts, broken promises and financial carnage in his wake everywhere he goes.

Trump lives in his own bubble of neuosis and paranoia, where every Republican who disagrees with him must be "primaried", and the press which dares to criticize him and expose his lies is the "enemy of the people". He's even gone after FOX News for having town halls with Democratic candidates. How DARE they!!!!

Over 1000 federal prosecutors who have read the Mueller Report have signed the letter saying that if Trump wasn't the President, they would charge him with Obstruction of Justice, based on Mueller's evidence. Trump says the Mueller Report contains no evidence of Obstruction.

Trump has lost every court case in his attempts to block Congressional Oversight of his administration. No one has ever questioned Trump's decisions in his entire life. He has only ever worked for a family owned, closely held private Corporations. He has never answered to anyone other than his father. No Boss, no Board of Directors, just Trump and his "gut instincts'.
you also are babbling a lot of crap --LOTS of babble
all of your crap is not proof of ANYTHING
you are posting crap on USMB and Trump is POTUS
hahahahahahahahahahhaha
you are STILL bringing up the Mueller stuff???!!!!!!!!!!!?!!???
hahhahahahahahahahahahhah TDS

I guess, if you (and other citizens who haven't yet been lobotomized into the cult of Trump) have to ask, you're in a bit of trouble, no?

How am I in "a bit of trouble"; my claim is an emphatic, NOT FIT!
thank you --CLAIM only
