In an educationally subnormal country such as the US...

Is it not a liability for the Democrats to have Joe Biden as the running mate of Obama?

Surely US elections are all about the superficial ... policy and substance dont matter....

Its appealing to the masses of TV watching drones...and currently Palin is more exciting than Biden... of course massively less qualified or intelligent....but still shinier for the masses of US couch potatoes.

Will obama regret ...not going for the Soap Opera... Obama/Clinton winning ticket?

No, Biden is not a liability.

You, on the other hand, sound more and more like you are! Do you only post drunk? The only thing that I've seen come out of your keyboard is insults.

One wonders if your actual aim is to make the US dislike Europe even more.

What is insulting in this post?

The reality is that the election will be won...with the votes of the superficial.

It was the same last time...why should it change? Last time ...important issues were entirely diluted by the fear and hate campaign and shiny rhetoric about imaginary terrorist threats.

ps.. i dont drink.

This

"In an educationally subnormal country such as the US..."

And this..

"The reality is that the election will be won...with the votes of the superficial."

This is debateable, because it still refers to the aforementioned voters as "superficial":

It was the same last time...why should it change?

This is fairly accurate:

Last time ...important issues were entirely diluted by the fear and hate campaign and shiny rhetoric about imaginary terrorist threats.

As to this?

ps.. i dont drink.

My advise is start drinking immediately.

Friends don't let friends troll sober.

As to Biden?

Biden suffers the same disadvantage that all democrats have.

He's trying to address complex issues, knowing his speeches will be reduced to six second sound bursts for public consumption...and he doesn't even get to select which six seconds gets aired, either.

Now a simpler explanation of issues (often also known as a lie) can usually be conveyed in less six seconds. It's an ideal sound byte.

For example:

The tax and spend liberal want to raise your taxes. They hate the rich." only take takes 3.2 seconds.

No, last time Kerry won, and the time before that Gore won, and both times the election was given to Bush by the court and the technology.

It is not the american people, numbskull.

THe fact that it was even close..proves that there are alot of very gullible people...who are very easily manipulated.

Just look at the man they voted for ..for GODS sake! He is incapable of human speech... and yet because his Cheney speeches preached hatred and fear... americans lapped it up.

Obviously you would not have voted for Bush. There are Britons that would have, and who support the iraq operations. Are these people also of subnormal intelligence?

Of course they are...but they are such small numbers..its not an issue.

90% of brits opposed the US led terrorism in Iraq.....with similar figures across the globe.

Only the US and Israel had majority support...

ps..you were insulting above.

Both times? Pretty sure Kerry conceded the morning after when it was clear he lost.

^ That's actually true.

Micheal, you know, it'd be much easier and effective getting your point across here if you didn't show such total and blatant contempt for Americans, and insulting them at every turn.

I'm still having a hard time figuring out who you are trolling for.

Well, yes, I was beginning to think it was the only way to get through to you.

Now, you might actually try to hold conversations with 'subnormal' americans without actually denigrating them, and see if that changes your interactions with them. Might even try to understand why some of them think differently than you.
