Is Bernie Sanders a rational socialist?

Vermont liberal Sen. Bernie Sanders said Sunday that the majority of gun owners are responsible and obey the law.

"I come form a state that has virtually no gun control but the people of my state understand that guns in Vermont aren't the same thing as guns in Chicago," he said.

Is Bernie Sanders the sort of criminally insane authoritarian sociopath most democrook political whores are? Perhaps not. He is the only democrook I know of who hasn't amassed a personal fortune since being elected. For that matter I'm not sure how many republicrats haven't gotten rich after getting elected to jobs that pay a paltry $175K per year. Sanders might be the one guy on the democrook side who actually believes in doing good by "the people", because there isn't a single other democrook talking about most gun owners being responsible.

He is not by any means a strong 2nd Amendment advocate, but he has just taken a huge step away from the collective "thinking" most libtards insist their candidates endorse. I may not agree with Sanders on anything else he believes in as far as government policy is concerned, but he is the only one of the democrook candidates that actually seems to stand by his principles.

I have followed this guy for years and Bernie has always been a champion for the little guy, always. He's never wavered or strayed from his core beliefs and thank God, he along with Trump will at least allow voters the opportunity should their be debates, to at least have open discussions on subjects that most politicians shy away from....like illegal immigration and social shortfalls...I say, kudos to both gentlemen....at least they both got balls.

Regardless of what a person may think of this positions, Bernie's as much of a straight shooter as you'll find in DC, and I like him for that.
