See trailer for D’Souza’s ‘Hillary’s America’

I am not sure how much damage D'Souza's movie can do, but an immunity deal could answer the question of the hour “Who will stop Hillary?”

I have never been convinced that an indictment will come from the president’s DOJ irrespective of what a grand jury decides. The president can be fix anything. Including grand juries.

For all the shrill attention that it will get, Bryan Pagliano’s acceptance of an offer of immunity from the Department of Justice for his testimony will help end the Hillary Clinton email inquiry. The article in Huffington Post by H. A. Goodman that the Pagliano immunity hands Bernie Sanders the presidency is nonsense.

Immunity For Bryan Pagliano Will Help End The Hillary Clinton Email Inquiry

I do hold onto one hope. Should Bryan Pagliano say something damaging, the decades old Clinton wall of silence begins to crumble. Remember this: No Clinton insider ever talked in any of the scandals going all the way back to Arkansas.

Nobody talks. Everybody walks. —— just might fall by the wayside when the dominoes start falling. Everybody involved in espionage committed on Hillary’s private server must realize that the Clintons are looking for fall guys (plural). Those insiders surely must have known they were guilty of a crime while they were doing it. Bryan Pagliano’s immunity deal surely told everyone involved that the size of the rewards offered for talking begin to diminish until the FBI takes them off the table entirely.

Finally, it would be a hoot watching Hillary Clinton campaigning on the steps of a courthouse.

The State Department announced it may put off its review of the sensitive classified information former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent on her illegal, insecure email server until after Election Day.

Hillary’s Emails Can Wait Until After the Election

If the traitors pull it off you know this in the cards:

Here’s some background on espionage:

Spoliation of evidence is prohibited by an array of laws and regulations. Also, anyone who destroys relevant evidence or assists in such destruction is subject to criminal prosecution, civil fines, tort liability, exclusion of testimony and dismissal of claims, as well as adverse evidentiary inferences. Intentional destruction or negligent loss of evidence suggests that the party in possession believed that it was harmful to them, and that consciousness of guilt led them to destroy, hide or lose it.

Hillary Clinton said the deleted messages “included private emails with her husband, or involved personal matters like her yoga classes or planning for the wedding of their daughter, or the funeral of her mother.” These private emails that involved personal matters could possibly account for a ream of paper. That leaves 59 reams of paper “that the dog ate.” This is the very definition of spoliation of evidence.

XXXXX

A commenter of the article last week got it right. He observed,

“While the spies of yesteryear were motivated by ideology, the thoroughly modern Clintons are totally commercial. How quickly we forget the trading of US weapons designs to ChiCom bundlers of campaign cash, and the DOJ investigations terminated before further treason was exposed. Do not imagine for a second that the home brew server was merely a FOIA foil and not a blame free method of transferring state secrets to our nation’s enemies for cash paid into the Clinton Global Initiative.”

Hillary and the Espionage Act of 1917
By Mark A. Hewitt

Articles: Hillary and the Espionage Act of 1917

NOTE: I do not agree that the Clintons did it for the money only.

Hewitt’s piece reminds us of Socialist party candidate Eugene v. Debbs, executed Communists Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, and the Democrat party’s worst nightmare —— Alger Hiss (1904 - 1996) even though he got off light.

Alger Hiss

Hiss, FDR’s fair-haired boy, walked on the espionage charge but served 3 & ½ years for perjury. That is why I’ll settle for espionage for Hillary although I believe she can be impeached and tried for treason even though she is out of office:

(Article II, Section 4)

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article I, Section 3, Clause 7

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

I have never been convinced that an indictment will come from the president’s DOJ irrespective of what a grand jury decides. The president can fix anything. Including grand juries.
The public learned so many facts clearly detailed in the content of Hillary Clinton’s e-mails it is amazing that she has not yet done the perp walk:

I am pretty sure Americans following the story are focusing on Hillary’s misdeeds. In truth, she did not act alone. If it does end with a criminal trial, taxpayers better start considering building a new federal prison to hold all of the people who are equally guilty.

I think it is clear that she will not be charged, at least not by this justice department. She is above the law...and should she become POTUS, she will never be charged.

To gipper: I tend to agree. On the other hand, I am keeping an open mind. Everything hinges on whether or not the media will cover for the administration —— and AG Loretta Lynch if she follows orders:

“No honest FBI will ever not [recommend] criminal charges in this case,” former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova said during an event hosted by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. “There are going to be referrals for a series of criminal charges involving violations of the espionage statutes, the grossly negligent mishandling of classified information, the grossly negligent storage of classified information.”

Prosecutor in Pollard Spy Case Predicts Espionage Act Charges in Clinton Email Probe

Incidentally, media mouths are already hinting that Republicans will pay a high price in November if Taqiyya the Liar’s nominee is not confirmed for the Supreme Court. True or untrue, Democrats will pay a much higher price if Hillary Clinton is not indicted. I believe that most Americans are more concerned over Hillary’s getting away with it, then they are over a political confirmation fight. Hanging tough on both issues should be a no-brainer for congressional Republicans on the campaign trail.

At this point, EmailGate may be the only thing standing between Hillary and the White House this November.

Let’s not forget that voters, and a Republican candidate, stand between Hillary and her coronation:

Apparently, the dominoes are still standing over in the Senate:

Pagliano was recently granted immunity by the FBI in exchange for his cooperation in the investigation into Clinton’s server.

It gets curiouser and curiouser. Bryan Pagliano got a deal from the FBI. That makes me wonder why the Senate Judiciary Committee does not give him the same deal.
