CDZ Is a 14 year old gang member shot during a robbery a child?

I ask this question because the CDC has done a gun study....you know...the CDC that anti-gunners tell us isn't allowed to do gun research...as they keep doing gun research.....

The CDC has released a new study stating that under 1,300 "children" are killed by guns every year.......

Tell me....the study goes from 1-17......are the sad children caught in the criminal life who are shot and killed shooting and killing other gang members of that same age group really children when they are shot? Isn't it fair to ask if a 14 or 15 year old carrying a gun to murder rival gang member, or to rob an innocent victim...should they be counted the same as children...who aren't walking around with guns to murder and rob people?

The 15-year-old died of his injuries — but not before becoming a “childhood gun death” statistic that gun control advocates will use to try to deny Americans their natural, civil and Constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms. A 15-year-old boy is facing aggravated battery charges for allegedly shooting a 28-year-old man inside a Brighton Park McDonald's in February.

According to Assistant State's Attorney Sarah Karr, Oscar Munoz, a member of the Satan Disciple Gang, shot a 28-year-old member of "the 26 gang" after the man mocked several girls at a McDonald's, at 3867 S. Archer Ave.

At 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 23, four girls associated with the Satan Disciples went to the restaurant after skipping school and saw the 28 year old, his brother-in-law and a small child. After the man made fun of the girls, he went into the play area with his brother-in-law, who is also a member of the 26 gang, and the child, Karr said.

This is a matter of wordplay. Rather reminds me of debating with girls I used to spend time with.

The 15 year old is a juvenile even if he goes jihad on us.

He can be tried as an adult.

Perhaps there are other studies you should read? Look for ones on child murders and run a tally and then go for accidental discharge.

Don't think you got the whole pix, most of these kids want to belong to a family, any family and the gang becomes the family group they need. This is where the trouble begins. They want to please the peers or even the Father figure. Guns don't have a damm thing to do about it. Before you were born the street gangs used knives, and zip guns. (Zip guns Def: Auto antena cut, wood grips carved with spring and door lock, and you have a firearm) and these are a one shot 22 cal pistol. Weapons can be made, I get tired hearing about the evil guns. These weapons, or some of them, are made in South America and sold in the USA, but people who transport them across the boarder.......

Something tells me they were hardened gang members getting that gun to murder another gang member or an innocent victim.....those kids are victims of people like you....who push democrat social policies that fill our inner cities with single, teenage girls having children with multiple males, and turning their children into violent sociopaths...that blood is on your hands, not mine or that store owners.

No...he appointed anti-gun judges and justices.......the 4th Circuit Court of appeals just ruled against guns in a major way......obama didn't want to lose democrats to actual votes on gun control...so he simply decided to use the courts to push gun control.

I don't care about threads changing topics....I like to see where they go anyway.....

But...to your point...the point of this thread is to point out that the anti-gunners use this CDC study to attack gun owners.....using children and their deaths, of course. The thing is....these numbers don't show the reality of what is going on...it isn't little kids in normal homes finding guns and shooting each other accidentally. This is about kids, trapped in nightmares and getting into gangs, becoming hard core, stone cold killers...and then getting included in those statistics as if the problem is the normal gun owner leaving their guns on the kitchen table...
