I can see his point on one hand, but on the other hand, then no one would know whether or not they are assembling nuclear weapons at these military sites (and they certainly wouldn't tell).

TEHRAN, Iran -- A senior commander in Iran's Revolutionary Guard said Sunday that inspectors would be barred from military sites under any nuclear agreement with world powers.

Gen. Hossein Salami, the Guard's deputy leader, said on state TV that allowing the foreign inspection of military sites is tantamount to "selling out."

"We will respond with hot lead (bullets) to those who speak of it," Salami said. "Iran will not become a paradise for spies. We will not roll out the red carpet for the enemy."

Iran and six world powers -- the U.S., the U.K., France, Germany, China and Russia -- have reached a framework agreement to curb Tehran's nuclear program in return for lifting sanctions, and hope to strike a final deal by June 30

Obama has no problem with that. He is going to help them manufacture bombs for terrorists. There is no recourse for any action should Iran not keep "their" part of the agreement. Inspections and consequences for breaking their part of the bargain don't exist. The goal is to enable them not restrict them.
 
Obama does not seem to understand his idea of an agreement will not be worth the paper it is written on. It only weakens the US and strengthens Iran.
