Of course they would welcome it! That would mean an all out war, which would mean the return of the missing prophet, who is going to return and (unlike Jesus bring peace at the second coming) slay the infidels and enforce Islam throughout the world. Who wouldn't want that?

Unfortunately, they represent those in power and although I'd prefer we not have to respond in that manner we may just have to. An Iran with nuclear weapons would not be far from a Hitler with nuclear weapons. They wouldn't know how to be responsible with something like that, their dogma rules everything.
