Your wrong there. Iran had several military Ships come into close proximity to an aircraft carrier. That hasn’t been the only time they have done this. So we sent a fleet out there to let them know that that was a bad idea. Iran knows they would get crushed by the US without a solider stepping foot on land there.

Hitler decided he couldn't wait for Stalin to attack Germany so he went first (there is a very long and bitter history between the two nations as a backdrop to this all).
