Or better yet, remind the rest of the country that we have certain procedures in this country, such as Congress is the one that passes laws or that anyone who wants to come here does so legally.

well the fellow never said what the legal basis fo his lawsuit was, he only generalized. When you file suit you normally back it up with references to the law broken and the supporting Fed Annoted Codeification on the paperwork.

I guessed correctly that "amnesty" was your insertion into the question. Obama did not grant amnesty. That was your your way of distorting the issue.

I totally agree that Obama should stop usurping the powers granted to Congress. (He thinks he should be dictator of the World or something.)

Obama needs a lawsuit or two to slap his ass back into reality. He will REALLY be pissed when the SCOTUS throws Obama Care out the back door.

Obama does not understand the Constitution, if he did he would realize his "powers" do not supersede those of Congress.
