Santorum finished 34 votes ahead of Romney in new Iowa tally; votes from 8 precincts missing - The Washington Post

Former senator Rick Santorum (Pa.) won the Iowa caucuses Thursday — 16 days after the last vote was cast — when the state Republican party said a final count showed him 34 votes ahead of former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney.

That was a shift from the preliminary results that the party announced after the Jan. 3 caucuses, which showed Romney winning Iowa by eight votes. Iowa Republican leaders said they had still not received results from eight of the state’s 1,774 precincts.

Hello! Knock! Knock! I thought the GOP was all about "voter integrity". It's why they venture into "voter suppression". To keep it "honest". To makes sure things are "done right". Whose to say Rick could have been the "front runner"? Especially if these 8 precincts voted overwhelmingly for Rick Santorum?

Ok, we know the truth. We really know the truth.

Unless it's to GOP's advantage.

I'm sure if everyone had shown their ID this would not have happened.

Oh, wait...

Is it the political double standard again? Democrats are free to engage in voter fraud, sexual perversion and immoral behavior because they haven't expressed any outrage about the issues?

At first They called Santorum winning...a tie. Theres some of that integrity you were talking about

That's what you got out of this?:lol::lol:

I have a theory on this.

After the men from the lodge got all dressed up and went in to town to caucuses and such, they brought home the ballots to count 'em in the morning and the missus got a little confused and just packed 'em up with the good leisure suit and put 'em up 'til the thaw.

You don't wear a white patent leather belt in the dead of winter.
