I bought into Marstons last week at 99p. They will yield about 7.7%. They are the UKs biggest Ales brewer and have an excellent range of beers.Most of the pubs are low cost food places which will be the last to suffer from Brexit fall out. They have a huge pub estate that would be worth millions more as land for housing so its brexit proof in that there is a fall back position.
And I get a shareholders discount card which will come in handy over Christmas.
