I've been selling alot of different things on Ebay since 1999, so I'm pretty aware of the ups and downs the economy has gone through since then. 1999-2001 were pretty good years but I noticed the slow decline in sales starting after 2001. The lowest point was throughout 2012-2014. It seemed like people were afraid to spend their money, or maybe they just didn't have any.

I seem to be working my ass off the last year though. You can make your own conclusions from that.
